Got on the website to get a quote and man what a mistake! Calls starting from 7:56am the following morning and over 100 calls the first day! That was last week and I am still waking up to 20 missed calla today! The quote I was given was not even a good deal or affordable so now I have no insurance and am being harrased by calls. Do not waste your time!
People saying they paying a little money like $13 a month but I'm not working due to a disability and currently waiting on the SSI process so I have no insurance since I couldn't go back to work. They told me $389 a montg which is ridiculous I can't afford that. I already have treatments I can't afford to go to the Dr to get and medications I have to take to live that I can't afford and still can't get ant help. Even when I go to the ER they basically don't do anything because I have no insurance
This country could care less if you live or die if you can't afford insurance then they call it so called affordable who is it affordable for because definitely not the average person who really needs it.
After encountering an issue with my application, I had an outstanding experience with caseworker Liam Cohler who not only skillfully resolved my issues! Also, he demonstrated care and concern by staying in contact to ensure the complete resolution of my problem. I honestly believe Liam and the other representatives and managers that were involved had my best interest at heart during this challenge.
Y'all see these commercials on tv? People paying $13 a month? People paying $34 a month? The best deal I can get is $345 a month and I barely make minimum wage.

Every year they make it harder and harder to afford this help. I had BCBS and Cigna over the last 4 years. And eventually they raised premiums sky high. And this Health Marketplace gives no help. I blame this on the current administration. Because of all the funds being diverted to help their migrant invasion. And promising to help those millions and millions of migrants. That came up here illegally.
Unfortunately, my number was utilized to sign up for this program. I received a total of 47 calls. I answered and asked who this was and what this was about. Once the information was given I asked to have my number removed. I repeatedly received phone calls back to back in a short period of time. I kept asking for a manager and my number to be removed. I called back to ensure my number was removed and was called stupid, to not call there and a $#*!. Customer service representatives gave aliases and repeatedly hung up on me and would not allow for a manger to get on the line. My number was eventually blocked.
Edgardo was super helpful in renewing my health coverage. He went through all different coverages to get the best premium and coverage for me and my husband. Thumbs up for Edgardo and I appreciate you.
Obviously, my life does NOT matter because I can NOT afford health insurance. I have done my best to work hard and make enough money to have health insurance and be a good and contributing member of society, but at these prices I can not afford the insurance. I imagine the average person can not afford these extreme prices. Hopefully, I will stay healthy because if not and it is something that needs medical attention I guess I will just die.
Savings are very beneficial but the process of obtaining healthcare with them is excruciating! Every single time I call in, I get completely differing information and have had to spend HOURS following up on their issues. Not only that, they provide a customer service # within the portal that appears to be their # but is actually HealthSherpa (a for profit private sector company) without disclosing it. This whole process has been infuriating!

These people need to go to customer service training
They will call you nonstop. When you ask for a quote they will hang up on you.
You all need to record them at all times. I will rather pay for higher cost insurance than go through these people. Don't ask them for a quote they will hang up on you.

They call me non stop, & I'm loosing important phone calls now. At first, I answered their calls bce interested to get an insurance, but they hung up on me when they insisted to subscribe right away, even I mentioned not ready. Just wanted an idea about the cost of health insurance in USA.
This magic agent turned my mom health insurance situation to the absolute success after fiasco with market place at headquarters! We cannot thank her enough! She is a local agent and knows exactly what to do!

I was sold 2 different health insurance policies this year and could not see any of my doctors. These people are clueless and just out to make a sale without actually helping people! These people should not have licenses to even drive! ACA Marketplace sucks!
They call and call and call! Iv asked them at least 50 times to stop calling me! And they still continue to harass me! They call 10+ times a day! DON'T DO IT!
We tried this for 11 months and because I had 96 thousand on my application and made only 47 thousand for the year, I have to pay 6500 in taxes because of the insurance. I made less and have to pay more in taxes! It's CRAZY! And, this did not cover my wife prescriptions and we could not even use the insurance.
They keep calling me every 2 days and I kindly ask them to stop calling me but they keep doing and hanging up on me. Every time is a new phone number I'm tired of this $#*!. Worst experience ever!
I've been trying to change my address with healthcare.gov and compasspa for 2 years. Twice online and twice over the phone. The last time over the phone in April i asked the caseworker why my address keeps getting changed back to the wrong address, the agent assured that it was definitely changed and "made sure it will stick". Come July I find out my insurance lapsed due to a missing document (which I sent), they must have not received them but instead of calling me they mailed the documents to my neighbors who were on vacation. By the time they get back and give me my mail it was past the due date and they claimed they cannot do any thing because the case is closed, and to re apply or submit a fair hearing form. They told me that its faster to submit a brand new application and to do it online. The online portion is currently not working and im having log in failures as well as not being able to upload any documents to them and requires to be mailed. With a surgery coming up in less then 2 weeks i find out i have no insurance because they once again failed to get my address right and mail it to the right place after tryin to change it 4 separate times over 2 years. When I asked why this is so hard to do or change they said they dont know and have no record that I ever tried to change my address.
Answer: Same happened to me. So agent at marketplace switched me from PPO to HMO without telling me and completely mislead me last December promising me that this new plan was the one I needed. As it happens, it is the worst plan from Florida Blue. These so called "agents" at the marketplace have no idea what is going on, many can care less, they know that we, the consumers, are powerless to do anything. They apparently are not allowed to give their employee ID number and names do not suffice to place a formal complaint against any of them. Health Marketplace went from being a dream come true to the worst nightmare. I hope you finally solved your issue
Answer: Oh YES. And I have tried to dispute the claims my insurance is rejecting. The MP agent whom I got in December in order to renew my plan completely mislead me and the plan I have on is the worst plan Florida Blue is offering. According to Florida blue agents, they have no control over what the Marketplace decides and claim that the Marketplace refuses to communicate with them. I suspect that Florida Blue is also taking advantage of the situation. I pay twice as much as before and my copays are 3 times what they used to be. And my network is quite restraint now. Many of the specialists I used to see are no longer in my network. I am kind of relieved to see how many people are unhappy with HMO. I started to wonder if it was me who in fact was wrong and who misunderstood or…
Answer: BECAUSE THEY ARE UNEDUCATED IGNORANT PEOPLE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT HIRED. TRUMP NEEDS TO FIRE ALL THEM AND SHUT THIS DOWN. THEY HAVE YET AGAIN SCREWED UP MY PLAN AND MY DAUGHTERS 15 CALLS LATER AND I RENEWED IN NOVEMBER... THEY DELETED ME AND PUT MY DAUGHTER... JERKS THEN GAVE HER A MESSED UP PLAN
