There (Honolulu) gave me a car wash coupon.
Ahhh and by the way my vehicle arrived 6 days after the day it supposed to arrive.

Besides the guys that dropped off my truck leaving my hood open, everything looks great. No dings when I got it. Understandable that he left the hood open because the e break and hood lever is right next to each other but he could've checked. Other than that everything is A+. Thank you

The car was supposed to be ready for pickup on the 11th of November. It didn't get there until the 20th. From the time they picked the car up until it was delivered took a month. There was also some damage to the front bumper. They said they would cover the cost of fixing it, but it is just that much more time without the car.
Great Service, quick and courteous reply through email and phone.
Easy booking process; drop off. Paid to have the vehicle delivered to the door in Portland. Got their later than expected. But all in all a good experience & we'll use it again when we have to ship vehicle back this summer.
