I was told that a price increase would go in effect on Sep 1 but if I placed the order when I did (Aug 21), the old price would be honored. I had this in email. But later, I was told that my contract price increased due to the price change on Sep 1. Since I was already too far committed, I went along with he change

No issues, other than car was not washed off prior to pick up.
Easiest shipping ever, a lot of the reviews say your car will be late, I didn't mind that, I was expecting a wait BUT my car arrived before the estimate time, pretty straight forward process, nice people.

Hawaii Transport did a great job handling the transportation of our car from Los Angeles to Honolulu! It was easy to do, customer service was great and the car was delivered on the day they said it would be. I would definitely use them again!
Poor communication, no updates unless we asked, but even then they didn't update the "Transportation Tracker" that they provide. We had no idea where our car was, when it arrived at the port in California, when it was loaded on the ship, or where it was in transport. Every date they provided was wrong. I understand that they can't predict when it will arrive in Hawaii due to the ships travel but updates on the date or confirmation that it made the trip from Wisconsin to California would be nice. VERY poor communication and, considering there are several options for shipping, I will never transport with this company again.

They were good, however the quote I received and what I was charged was an additional $300.
Their website provides a "Quote" with no disclaimer stating that it is just really an estimate. As a quotes is a selling price and an estimate is what they believe it might cost.
