Was notified that the batter was dead, after delivery it was not disconnected and was let in the on position. Also there are new scratches and damage to front fairing. Wull know more after its cleaned fron all the dirt that was on it. Not happy i have to go buy a battery and get a new fairing.
If you have an existing reservation and cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone, call back and enter #2 for a "new booking" and you will speak with the sales team. They have all the same information and will pick up the phone immediately if they think you are making a new booking. Don't let them "transfer you to the correct department", because they probably have the information you need.
Or create a new (fake) booking quote online and they will call you back right away. They are very good about getting you booked and getting your money, but not good at answering the phone for existing bookings.
The problem with their customer service is that there are two different departments, and the wait times are vastly different. The difference being 90+ minutes on hold and becoming very upset with them, or having someone answer within 2 minutes and giving you the info you need. If they could be as efficient and respondent with handling existing customers as they are with potential customers, review scores would be much better. Hopefully they can sort this out.

Excellent customer support.
After reserving and receiving a confirmation email about my initial reservation. I was called back about a week later with a different confirmation ship date. When I asked why, I was told shipments didn't go out on the weekends. Just wondering why wasn't I told that right away? My initial moving plans were made according to that confirmation. But other than that, someone apologized and was very helpful over the phone.
I was very happy with the entire process especially during this time of a pandemic. The entire Staff was AWESOME and to me seemed that they went out of there way to help me out. Especially the Crew that took my vehicle. They were so professional and extremely courteous.
I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I knew that it was in good hands and that they would take care of it as it was their vehicle.

Quick and easy on drop off and pick up. Much pricier than I would have like, but this could have been due to COVID-19 pandemic impacts on shipping, etc. Car made it from California to Hawaii on time and without damage.

Ended up being more expensive than competitors and more fees added on after the order and quote was made, time line information was never accurate and the tracking system was very primitive considering today's technology. There was some scratches and minor damage to my truck but i feel it would have been a waste of time trying to claim it. It's here, its done, I'm over it! And i will not recommend your services to anyone!

So far the booking part is very easy. Arrival time was as anticipated, and car had no issues/damage. FYI double check paperwork when picking up - I have the wrong paperwork and will have to go back to get correct documents to register my car here but that is not Hawaii Car Transport's fault, COvid 19 chaos created a bit of confusion at pick up.
Will revisit the rating once they pickup my car on the scheduled date
My experience so far has been great. Cost is fair especially when compared to the time it would take me to drive across the country and what my expenses would have been doing that.
