Overall fast service of shipping my car from South Carolina to Hawaii. Only downfall is the Customer service communication process is terrible. I've called a couple times and every time the line was busy (which was fine) I totally understand that, but when the call gives the option of calling us back and holding my place in the call line, I never received a call back from you guys. Also, my car arrived much sooner than anticipated date of arrival and no one communicated that to me or reached out to let me know. I found out by calling to make an appointment a week in advance to go pick up my car, staying on the line for 30 min, And Comes to find out one of the customer service representatives said my car has already been in Hawaii for more than 5 days, yet I did not receive no notification of that which I don't think is okay. Overall fast shipping, but needs much more improvement on communication with customer service.
Hawaii transport did a very good job so far.
Picking my car up in LA was a total cluster. I arrived to the lot where there were about 20 people standing around in a fenced in area. It was difficult to find someone who worked there. I was asked to wait outside until they called my name twice, then I had to ride in the back of a rickety bus to be dropped off 47 rows away from where my car was parked. For the price I paid for ship my car, this experience was messy and exhausting.
The people I felt with were kind, but the overall system needs major improvements.
Overall satisfactory service, complaints with actual shipper.

I thought it was odd that they texted & emailed me (the shipper) when the car arrived. Was told they would call my son who was picking up the car, which was noted on the booking.
