When he van arrived in New Mexico and came off the truck, the battery was dead, really dead, we couldn't re-charge it, and it was a fairly new battery. I had it checked every 3000 miles. I had to use my AAA battery service and buy a new battery.
Apparently, whoever wanted to check the mileage, most likely rolled the switch all the way up to where the inside lights came on. The lights were probably on during transit. But life happens!

Had difficulty getting through on the phone to the receiving agent (Road One) in San Diego. Left multiple VMs over two days when I didn't get a busy signal; invest in a good receptionist who will answer the phone!
Hawaii Car Transport was easy to use. Pick up was very close to my home. The guy was professional and courteous. My vehicle arrived in the time that was promised. My vehicle was dirty when I picked it up (as I expected it to be), but was otherwise undamaged. Pick up was simple and quick. All in all a very good experience and I would use them again

I'm please with Hawaii Car Transport service. The process was smooth and very efficient. I would recommend anyone to use this company. If shipping car from Hawaai to the mainland, be sure that car is washed well. Make sure there is no dirt, mud, grass, seeds, etc... Car should be cleaned well. Inside and exterior. Inside of car should look as though it's a new fresh vehicle. Inspection was the hardest to pass. If you follow the guidelines well, you shouldn't have any problems shipping. Hawaii Car Transport is a reliable company. Highly recommend.
Fast and easy to book. Answered all our questions when we called. Very friendly and easy to work with. Only downside was when we went to drop off our vehicle we were looking for Hawaii Car Transport and it was actually at Matson so we drove around the area and finally stopped and asked at Matson. Instructions should state that you will be dropping off and/or picking up at the Matson location.
Tedious
My car is missing the rear window airfoil. Also, there seems to be more scratches and dents then when the walk through was performed on Oahu. Other then that the service was good. It did arrive later then first indicated, however, this can be expected when being sent from almost half way across the world.
