Mahalo my friends. Everything was very smooth except for the day of the pick up. I could not get a hold of anyone and just had people I didn't know calling me asking me for my car that wasn't from Hawaii Car Transport. It was confusing. Also, try to give a time frame on the day of when the vehicle will be picked up. I sat around all day until 5:30pm waiting because I wasn't sure when or if my car was for sure being picked up. Overall though - awesome, easy experience.

Ive been calling a week trying to locate my vehicle; waited one an hour to speak to someone and I got was the automated system continuously thanking me for holding. Holding right now as Im writing this message. Ive even requested an update via the website and still havent gotten a call or email.

Although on time, my vehicle arrived very dirty and full of salt all over my 1970 vw bus which will cause any existing rust to get worse.
Super easy drop-off. Tracking was nice. E-mail and phone call to let me know it had arrived. Way simpler of an experience than I expected. Thank you. Highly recommend to anyone who asks.
They damaged my truck. I put a claim in over 5 weeks ago. They told me to get two estimates and I did ( not easy). Numerous calls and cant get a call back. Over 1500 in damage. Not recommended.
Quick, easy, reliable. Potentially have an insurance claim on our hands though.
