I've bought some really great stuff from Haute24! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a trustworthy store that sells luxury items. The delivery time is also worth noting. All in all I'm highly impressed and would definitely use them again.

I love shopping from this site. This is my second time and I absolutely love the products and prices. Plus they have range of merchandise so it offers a lot of choice for gifting also.

The only issue is- long wait time from order to delivery. But I guess that's because their products arrive from US/UK which also ensures that I am getting authentic stuff.

I loved the bracelet and it's quality. It's quite versatile and can be worn every other day. Soft and yet statement. The delivery took a month though which was a lot of time.

I am sure the marc jacobs snap shot bag which i brought from them is fake or 1st copy. Unless i see the bill from Marc jacobs i cannot believe... terrible company. I got my refund after a long struggle.

I have ordered two bags from haute24, and it was perfect. The quality is perfect and it was delivered on time.

Do not shop with them, pay a little extra and get your products from collective or Clq Luxury. These guys take the payment and then stop answering calls or Messages. They're absolutely unapologetic, have extremely poor service and the products are seldom original

I ordered a LV bag and a dior footwear i never recieved any of the items and asked for a refund she gave me half the amount that too after calling and messaging every alternate days and the remaining amount i have still not recieved and the response is my team will get back to u.

1.5 years back i ordered tory slippers it went out of stock and that amount also i have not recieved

I have ordered for 3 bags and my family has ordered for a lot more stuff from them in the past

The websites service is pathetic and their deliveries are not on time. At times they happily even switch your products randomly.

After taking your money they disappear and require multiple reminders for them to send a reply.

Please be beware.

Being a first-time customer ( and the last time ever) I placed an order for an item in December 2021 and it got delivered to me only in February 2022. It was a nightmare trying to contact them to find out where my products were. Out of 2 products, 1 of them wasn't available and they took 20 days to finally send my refund. When I asked them when I will receive the other product, they said that because my order is less than Rs. 1 lakh, it will take a really long time to deliver, if I shop for that range, then I would get my product faster. I mean, there's no need to rub it in my face like that, some of us don't shop online thinking that we will be discriminated against based on how "less" we pay. Overall, not a good customer experience. I hate giving bad reviews because I generally shop online a lot and I'm usually quite happy with every other site.
