I had ordered a bag 1 year ago and have been given excuses from 1 year that the bag is damaged, bag is stuck in customs etc.(Pls note that i have not yet received the bag till date).
Pls dont purchase any thing from this fraud company where the staff is just interested in making the sales and least interested in delivering the goods to the customers. Satff named * and * are the worst who provide false updated that the goods will reach us on time and are experts in lying.
They had promised me refund of my money with 15 days but I never received anything. Please spread awareness so that nobody else looses there money.
I did not want to even give this one star but it was maditory so just imagine how worst my experience was with this company.

They don't deserve even 1 star. Horrible site. It's truly fake. I have ordered stuff in December and haven't received yet. They are a bunch of cheaters. Thankfully I had asked my other family members also to order but they waited for me to receive my product first and got saved from these cheaters. Else we would have lost thousands of rupees.

Purchased the product on December 30th of 2022 and got it delivered after literally 2 months. Never received an update, unless i kept on messaging the customer service. Apart from that the products are really good. After sales support could be miles better

At starters they lure you in their sugar coated texts and offers you such discounts and after you place an order, they vanished. Their site dose not work, they never send any update, no emails from them, they never receive calls or respond to your whatsapp queries, and if they god forbid respond you, all they have the copy paste answer that the product is in transit. I received it after 3.5 months and the bag had torn tags. Though the quality is good, it is unused and have all tags with it but i never received the invoice and neither i can see it in my account with them. They give you international warranty but when i inquire to the brand they confirmed that they don't have haute 24 as their authorized seller. So i would never suggest such a site. It is better to pay more and get good services from collective or tata cliq.

Shopping at Haute24 has been an absolute nightmare. I have lost thousands of rupees pre booking an item and not receiving it. They are very convincing and responsive when they want you to make a purchase and immediately go missing as soon as your money goes through. They will not inform you about delays, you will never receive any tracking details, you will never know if it's been shipped and through what courier service it's being sent because THEY WILL NOT SEND THE ITEM. I have also not received any refund inspite of following up for weeks. This seems to be a huge scam racket where they will take your money and disappear. Not to mention that none of their sales executives know English or can converse professionally which makes me think they are all under qualified and possibly uneducated workforce. I highly suggest not shopping from here ever!

Firstly deeper discounted goods never get delivered. It is their way of locking your money and earning interest as you go through a long painful process of follows ups and refund which if you are lucky enough you may get through multiple follow ups and threats. The customer service is extremely responsive when you are placing an order but instantly becomes irresponsible after the order is placed. They will keep passing you to one team to another. This is a scam that the team is running and beware to not block your money and get tortured.

Never gonna shop or recommend anyone to buy from here. My huge amount of money is stuck with them since past 3 months, they sent old LV bags all scratched. Now after 3 months said they will refund but again no replies from their end. They just give fake words and promises. Have been patient for 3 months but now will file a Consumer complaint against them to get my money. Highly unprofessional bunch of people.
