Ordering was easy. Now I have to see about the product and delivery.
Immediate conformation of the order was poor. I ended up placing three orders before I found out what happened. I emailed them and it was corrected. I hope they improve the confirmation process. The item arrived in a short time and seems to be what I need. Since it is a cover for a swamp cooler, I will not know for a while if it fits, and how long it will last. Because it is a odd size, only a few places had it available.
We would prefer to use our UPS account and ship collect. I believe our shipping charges would be less.
