I am ordering for a company. It would be helpful to have a place to put a PO number.

I placed two orders and each had an issue. With the second one I actually received the wrong order and my own order was delayed which in turn delayed my project. Both times customer service was very nice. But I still have the wrong order and they have not yet issue a FedEx recall.I think this is a nice company but they need to address their shipping department issues.

More shipping options please. I believe USPS offers Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes for shipping with prices less than the $**.** I paid.\nDeliver the product described and I will be satisfied. No follow up necessary.

The only issue that I have is FedEx Ground delivered at 8:35 PM. I knew that the order was on their truck for delivery at 7:30 AM and it took 13 hours to get it to me.

Very helpful customer service so far.
