Quick and easy. Found what I wanted and completed the order in about 5 minutes. Super ordering process and search ability on site.

I hated how it kept telling me my cart was empty when I knew I had put 6 items in it. Also, there seemed to be a lot of products that I could find by doing a keyword search that didn't show up when I was browsing under the department tabs.

I hated the design of the website, but I liked everything else.

The only catch was that I kept getting a message that "the web page is loading." So I had to use the "add to cart" link and go back to the page repeatedly to get the quantity I wanted.
