Very fast shipping - I selected 3 day air but product could not be shipped that way due to DOT regulations. The company notified me right away, refunded part of my shipping and while it had to ship ground, I still received it on the day it was suppose to be there. Excellent customer service. I was not understanding the product description for the item I was interested in. I emailed Customer Service and Dana quickly replied with all the information I needed. Great CS Department! Now that I have received my order, I'm very satisfied with the product and the way it was packed. I was awed by the low price of the product I selected but was a little dismayed at the cost of shipping. It increased the overall cost of the items that I purchased by 50%, bringing it to about the price I would have paid for a similar (but not the same) item at the high-priced Ace Hardware in town. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with my experience at HardwareWorld.com because they had the exact item I was looking for which I could find nowhere else. I will shop there again should the need arise.
