UPS is undoubtedly the worst service and my painters had to wait an extra week because of the damaged shipment that had time resent and arrived today August 24th, mid afternoon, which was supposed to arrive August 17th.
I actually went online to track my shipment on Monday, August 20th and called UPS and they said they had already attempted 2 deliveries on Friday, August 17th and Monday, August 20th, specifically at 4:32 PM.
I have a video camera at my door and my painters had left at 4:19 PM and I didn't leave my home all day.
There was no sticker on my door that day or the Friday before and checking my video the was no person from UPS at my door either day they said they attempted a delivery.
I have had the same paint Modern Masters English Brown that I purchased from another company in Florida on July 18th and the same thing happened with UPS and the damaged shipment.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with your company or the other vendor the problem both times was UPS!
