My first time here. So far was great.
Ordered Walnut standards and shelf supports. The standards were fine but the supports (box of 100) had no Walnut color. Two messages through their web site have gone unanswered. This should have been an easy fix with either replacement or refund but now it's going to be a chargeback. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Hardwareworld.

My emailed Q about a product was answered very quickly. I ordered a product that is being discontinued and replaced with a product of similar name. I was concerned about getting the right one--the old style. I got the one I wanted!
