My order was received quickly. One shipment was damaged by UPS. Hardware World sent another gallon of sealer as soon as I provided the necessary pictures.
I was disappointed because when I wanted to make a change on my order, there was no provision for change. I tried calling the number on the website, it referred me back to the website. Improve the buying experience so that customers have access to change or cancel their orders just like they place orders. Thank you
