Very easy website to navigate. Easy to use and self explanatory. My order was delivered quickly and completely.

These 6 brackets arrived in a box with a gaping 6" hole in the corner. Amazingly, all parts were there except for a single flat washer. I call that a win!

Shipping has doubled since last order

Excellent seller and exquisite customer service. One problem is with the shipping, not their fault, but they only offer UPS which has become an iffy courier service not only by not delivering the items but by flat out lying about the reason. I wish Hardwareworld would offer FedEx. Because I need their products I might have to open my own personal account with Fedex and go that route.

I was advised that l had to validate my ceedit card. I felt that the process was a bit much and customer service was not available during the process. I alao don't understand why there was a need to validate when I've used my ceedit card with the shipping address in the past.
