Checkout is too complicated.

The product " brackets" were as advertised However each of the individual 15 pieces had a large product label glued on to it. It was difficult to remove the label and glue and required hours of unnecessary labor and expense.

Its small very bright when there is a power failure. So I buy enough to give friends and families

IT WAS A LITTLE BIT HARD TO FIND THE ORDER AND CHECKOUT BUTTON.

I made a mistake on the initial order and asked that the changes be made prior to shipping. This was done quickly and exactly as requested, not the outcome normally experienced with online commerce.

Web pages entirely too slow!

The checkout process is a tad wonky. Needs to flow better. Also, the shipping thing is weird, one screen said shipping was $** then another $*. Hmm.

They had what we needed. The price was right. Shipping was minimal. It came fast.

I was looking for children's wire hangers and this was the only site online or in the stores where I could find them. I had previously bought this same type of hanger at Walmart but have been unable. To find for some time. I was pleased to find them on this site, bit the price was a little steep. Great communication and fast shipping. Will buy from again.

Received e-mail that they had transposed my address incorrectly to the post office and called first but their common practice is you must leave a mssg and someone can call you back. Then I sent a letter explaining the situation. I received a voicemail that said sorry there is nothing we can do. Thanks to the post office's efforts, I finally did receive my order, better late than never?

Website not user friendly...dificulty in making changes

This company had the exact item I needed!

Back and forth to Paypal and selecting shipping method is confusing. Rather had shipping stated properly when authorizing payment by Paypal!
That notwithstanding, y'all did a great job!

I found it a little difficult going from the cart page to the checkout page, other than that so far it seems to be a good experience. Order was received on the date that the web site it would be, and packaging was great.

I would have liked to see an option to shop as a guest not need to create an account / password. I shop at hundreds of sites literary - what if everyone asks me to create an account?
