I ordered 3 Kerf Boards for my Hercules Miter saw. They sent me one. Every time I call they say it on back order. I ordered them in June of 2020. The parts for this saw should not take this long. This is their top Miter Saw in the store. This will be the last time I buy any big item from Harbor Freight.
I should've trusted my instincts but in 2019, my Christmas order was terribly packaged, items were broken and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
Again, in 2020, its been almost 3 weeks, they don't even have a shopping tracking number and all I ordered was a GIFT CARD!

I placed an order for some Christmas gifts online. I received an order confirmation, but that was it. It's pretty SUSPISH when I tried to see what the delay in shipping might be about... when the ORDER NUMBER Harbor Freight gave me doesn't work. In fact, it says I have no orders. Soooooo, you sent a confirmation email with all the details, including what I purchased and the order number, but I don't have any orders? And no, it's not the usual hiccup of purchasing as a guest instead of having an account online with them. NEITHER works. No one has answered my emails either. I am DONE.DONE.DONE. Dispute with Discover will guarantee someone at Harbor Freight will crawl out from under a rock.
It's been over 2 months since I ordered, but no log splitter. Harbor Freight's webpage says it's been already delivered, but still no splitter. I had to file a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Phone calls are useless because they put you on endless hold and never call you back. Better read this quickly before they delete me again.
I am very displeased with their shipping time, It has almost been a month now, and still hasnt shipped from their warehouse. How freaking long does it have to be? I've already surpassed their maximum delivery time. This is ridiculous... I've called them and all they did was put it as an urgent shipment... Habor Freight shipping is horrible waiting so long for an order customer service is no help either, I emailed them and they gave me information that was not helpful at all, I will never order from them again
I bought a spray painter it didn't worked so I exchange it but that one didn't work either so I was trying to get a refund they would refund my money. The store manager Jose in Bakersfield ca on Rosedale said it wasn't used I told him we cleaned it out really good and still said it wasn't used basically he called me a liar. Before I went in there I called the store talk to a manager to make sure the would return it because this was a second paint sprayer because I had to put 15 dollars for gas for my car to get there because I live 45 minutes away but when I got there they would give me my money back or store credit.
This store has more sales than any other store on this planet! Constant emails, coupons and codes flood your inbox. Problem is the products are repeated over and over again with no end in site and they mislead you in thinking that it's a close out or clearance yet the products are a standard item in their stores.
Products are low quality, break easily, limited in their selection and really not worth buying with the exception of a few products.
Purchased their kitchen sink auger and it twisted so badly within 5 minutes of trying to unclog my sink that it was totally useless. Home depot was my next stop for a reliable one as the broken one had to be returned to the manufacture not the store for refund or an exchange I needed an auger right away, not in 3-4 weeks. A waste of time and money but a lesson learned. Buy from a store that backs their products.
I don't recommend Harbor Freight for purchasing your home tool needs unless you want to fill someones stocking up with tape measures, screw drivers, funnels and other small household essentials. These small items seem to last longer but thats

On 08/16/2020 I placed an online order with Harbor Freight Tools. As of 08/20/2020 FedEx states a shipping label has been created by Harbor Freight Tools but that no package has been received by Federal Express for shipment. I contacted Harbor Freight Tools Customer Service and tneir belligerent representative said we have 10 days before shipping the items to you. I humbly told the Harbor Freight tools Representative that no whee online it states that they had up to 10 days to ship the items that I ordered in good faith and that I needed what I order ASAP. The customer representative said belligerently well that is our policy. Harbor freight freak me. I will somehow even the score with them. Beware of Harbor Freight Tools. God help me seek righteous justice. Eye for Eye and tooth for a tooth.
Ordered a jack 6/23/20. Tried to cancel order twice, because a month later they still haven't shipped. Met Fedex truck and refused it. Still haven't received refund 8/15/2020. Nearest store is great (1 hour away) BUT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
To get the sale price on the predator engine I asked for a rain check HF dosnt give rain checks! Well the sale over July so why not our stores are always stocked BS why should I pay 369 when the sale gives so much off no response.
I canceled and order from Harbor Freight 2 days after the order. Customer service said because of covid19 the warehouse was working under staffed and a cancelation request would not be accepted. It took 20 days to get that order and no reason it could not be canceled as requested. Harbor Freight is a night mare to do business with, I would never buy anything from them again and will tell everyone I know to never use them.
Harbor Freight Tools in Bowling Green Ky is using the coin shortage to upcharge every customer. Customers beware of what Harbor Freight is doing. Take some of your extra change to the store with you, or let Harbor Freight make millions off this coin shortage...
I brought a battery charger on a friday. It didnt work, so I tried to return it. They told me the number on the box does not match the item. So i am out 70 dollars. So if you buy something from them make sure the numbers match. They lost me as a customer
Call the company and tell them to cancel... they tell you its processing and they can not cancel they tell you to refuse shipping... but then they still charge you for shipping... (bad company)... so about a week later they ship it... when FedEx come... tell the driver DO NOT take off the truck... now you never received.
Take a picture of your box on the truck... send it to your credit card company and dispute the WHOLE charge including shipping. Your credit card company will refund ALL money back to you. I will never use harbor freight again
Placed order on May 12th. On June 12th, after waiting 25 minutes on hold to cancel order, was told it was getting ready to ship and couldn't cancel. A week later, I received partial order and was charged full shipping. Still waiting on remainder of order (6/24) and contacted HF again (another 20 minutes on hold). They now say they don't know where the rest of my order is, but they'll look into it. TERRIBLE SERVICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!
I purchased a paint sprayer about 2 months ago but came in late and it appeared to be used. It has been a month that I'm trying to return it but no success yet. They won't simply provide you with a receipt. Frustrating going back and forth with online customer services and the local store to get a return or even store credit
Purchased not one but 3 condensate pumps for our rentals, not one pump worked. Each one only worked when upside down. Now we are waiting weeks for there response to our request to return there junk. The store says they do not take any pumps back. Plus if you call there customer service as the store paperwork says to do. The phone numbers say they no longer do customer service over the phone...
I bought a pipe wrench set and worked good for the one job. Two months later they all started cracking form hitting the hammer. Alright for light use but not long term hard use.

Answer: I cannot see the particular part you are inquiring about, but could you make something to work? I am thinking you are referring to the notched piece that the handle locks into. Remember, you do not need to duplicate the piece, just make one that works. If you want to send me a picture I would have a better idea.
