Bought a 4-pac at J. C. Penneys, after all is said, a $40 purchase. Too late now, have worn 2 pair. They've engineered a product with half the material, as tight as a Size Small stocking on the thigh of a fat woman. They need to be hauled to court.
Such a poor website, I was purchasing Men's Pajamas and after several attempts to checkout the site kept bouncing back to reCAPTCHA page, when I finally was able to checkout, I'm so glad I didn't allow my payment method to be saved on site, because the next day I went to check status of order and was unable to sign back into site. So, after 5 attempts 2 reCAPTCHA pages and changing Password x 2 using the same password I had used the prior day I was finally able to get into my account order was shown as still processing. So, If and When I get this Order, I will not be ordering from this site ever again
Such a poor website, several attempts to checkout but kept bouncing back to reCAPTCHA page. Attempted from my deshtop computer and my IOS phone bothe failed. Payment method was good.
I just gave up and made same purchase on Amazon.
I bought 2 packages of underwear at Walmart half of them where messed up the crotch area not lining up. I thought to my you bought them from Walmart maybe they are irregular. So a couple months ago I brought 2 more packages again at Kohl's the same thing the seams on the hips are way off not even close in the crotch area. I am done buy these high priced low quality products. So tired of wasting money and time.
I've worn Hanes underwear for years, but will be changing brands if these stupid (and verging on obscene) commercials continue!
Spent $244.86 while vacationing in Virginia, returned home, opened and tried the various products and the quality was awful. Went to local store (Ellenton, FL), where they REFUSED to refund. Attempted contact with the store manager to no avail, attempted national customer service with no response, called corporate and even the executive office and left 3 voice messages on different dates and times, approximately 1-2 weeks apart. All efforts fell on deaf ears. Disgusted customer.
I used to love Hanes underwear I have worn Hanes for over 30 years. Sadly their new underwear is so low quality and cheap feeling. The elastic waist band part is much thinner so very painful on my waist now compared to my older Hanes underwear I still own to compare. Fabric is much cheaper quality, rough and scratchy on skin. Very disappointed in Hanes I have worn only their underwear for almost my whole life and now I need to find a new brand sadly unless they change
Customer service is not available. They don't answer the phone. Choose another brand. The biggest disappointment was that they claim to be eager to please. Very disappointed
They don't answer the phone at cust serv.
Very poor service. Recording says they're closed even tho it's the middle in the afternoon on a week day. Boooooo
I bought a pack of 10 cushion ankle socks at Walmart. The pairs matched up has one small one and one a little larger. I wore one pair after much stretching and after I washed them they are so small even a small child would have trouble wearing them. I am very dissatisfied with them. I am on Social Security and I don't have money to be wasting on trash products like this. I don't know how to upload a copy of my receipt.
I have been wearing the microfiber hipsters for years. They were the most comfortable underwear ever. Yesterday I went and found them again. Same RN number *******. I bought 20 pairs and came home and threw them in the washer. The quality is horrible. Hanes changed the elastic on leg holes and band to thin cheaper elastic and stitching is unraveling. So disappointed. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy these.
The Hanes company clearly cheats on their "sales".
Just announced a 20% off sale and they raise the prices on the items by guess what... 20% i. E. a pack of 6 briefs has been $10. For months and now for the sale the same briefs are $12.
Corruption is everywhere.
Hanes use to make the best quality socks. Not anymore. The socks they make today are the worst quality socks available. Go back to the quality prior to 2013. Use thicker material with minimum of 80% cotton like like they use to do. Polyester does not work well for socks.
About 10 years ago I started buying the 2 pack support briefs for women in sz 6x, I still have some I bought a few yrs ago. They use to fit like a dream, but the last 3 x I bought them over the last few years they have cut down on there size. I've compared them to all my others and about an inch shorter and wider! So dissapointed good, because they are a good underwear brief. Please check your manufacturers to make sure they are sizing correctly. I, ll try one more time next tim3 I need some if not larger, will be my last time.
The quality of Hanes men's briefs has really declined significantly. I end up throwing them in the garbage because they fall off my hips. The Elastic bands don't last. I am so disappointed.
On November 3 of 2021 I went to Walmart in Mulberry and bought a 10 pack of Hanes boxer briefs underwear extra-large. After just a few hours of wearing the underwear I had huge blisters all over the area the underwear touched. They burnt the skin, it blistered and even in some places I was bleeding. I have pictures to prove it. Hanes refuse to talk to me. Front, back, side and underneath. It's time to get a lawyer! The rest of the pictures I cannot show.
I ordered a pack of 4 mid thought boxer briefs. Although they fit well & are comfortable, the waistband & seams started to come apart after several wearings. Disappointing for such a well known brand that's been around for so long.
Today's Hanes Beefy-T shirts weight 10% less than 20-year old Beefy-T shirts still in my possession and yet they cost more. Today's Hanes crew socks are made mostly of plastic (polyester) and are very hot to wear. I've chased all over my city (Kohls, WalMart, Target) where Hanes told me I could find their crew socks with a higher cotton content but either they are lying or these socks don't exist. I still have a 6 pack of 100% cotton Hanes crew socks (marked size 6-12) purchased several years ago from WalMart, but they wouldn't fit a person with a foot size of 8 or larger. Why are these people still in business?
Hanes has really sold out on the quality of their Beefy Ts. I washed them and they shrunk at least a full size and the lint trap was filled with fibers. Poor quality all around for a once great quality product. When I wrote this same review on their site they said it did not meet their qualifications and would not publish it.
The spoiled children had taken over Hanes.
Poor Customer Service! Not a company interested in individual purchasers. Giant corporation that is only interested in selling. You never know if what you buy is in stock and they don't want to hear about your issues due to their inability to fulfill your order!
