I've been shopping over the internet for years. Every company i ordered from their return policies were honored. I ordered two mrs santa costumes which came out to 380.00. I wanted to return the items and when i went thru the process it said the items are ineligible for a refund. I called i spoke to an agent. Informed her the policy states you can return within 30 days of the order date. Her answer was we wont be carrying the style next year. This is a blatant lie. I placed my first order for halloween. I had purchased two outfits and when i called the agent said the same thing. I said to myself ok but now a month later with a new order i received the same response.

I purchased a costume 3 weeks before Halloween. When it arrived I tried it on and it was way TOO BIG. I spoke with customer service who told me I could return it but would be responsible for 18% restocking fee. Ridiculous but I accepted that. I returned the product and waited 3 weeks for a response. I had to call in to find out what was happening and I was told that the return is complete but they cannot refund my money since the feet on the costume showed "slight wear." After arguing that I did not even wear this costume (other than trying it on), I was offered 50% refund. I then asked if they can just mail me my item back if they refuse to give me my full refund and was told that they disposed of the costume already for health and safety reasons! So I am supposed to be responsible for $140 for an item that I do not even have! I am awaiting a response from PayPal as we speak. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

The most horrible experience ever, Rip of with money. Also, be aware. I have not got my order yet and its more than month already. They guarantee the date during you make an order ( I saved screenshot) but then they refuse that fact and ask you to pay 18% restocking fee for the order they could even deliver in time. Be aware. It was second time when they fail delivery in time to Australia. They position they have an Aus shop but it is all coming from USA with huge delays.

I want to give them 0 star. Purchased a costume for my daughter but the head part was too tight so we ordered again 1 size bigger. On that second order they gave us a gift card to use and pay the remaining balance as the one size bigger costume is on higher price tag. So it came in but my daughter does not want to wear it anymore because she got traumatized when we had a hard time removing the head part on the first one. So I returned it and they refunded me with only the 2nd payment I did and gave me a GC on the first one which I asked them kindly to refund me in cash instead because I paid cash in the first transaction but they insisted the a GC is right base on their stupid refund policy. GC will not work for me because there is no way I'm buying from them again and I paid them cash so I need my cash back. 18% restocking fee and poor refund policy? Hell no, I'm not buying from them again. I felt I was robbed.

I purchased a mask for Halloween from this site. I am Australian and there was 15 business days before Halloween so I thought it would make it as I believed I was purchasing from Australia due to the website address Halloweencostumes.com.au and an Australian phone number. So I selected the 3-10 days delivery option. Yes it does state that there was no guarantee but if I had've known that the item was to be shipped from America I would not have purchased the item knowing I would have had a low chance of arrival before Halloween. When it hadn't arrived on the 30th October I contacted them and was informed they would process a refund but I would have to pay postage of the item (international) and would incur an additional 18% restocking fee. By the time I post the item back to the US I would be lucky to have any money left to refund. I approached them about their misleading website and the late delivery and their response was not helpful at all just restating that there was no guarantee on delivery and they are sorry I am disappointed. Do not purchase from this site. I believe they are misleading customers due to lower international purchases due to delay relating to COVID.

I ordered my costume 14th of October... never arrived. Today is Halloween. I started contacting them on the 26th since it had not arrived. Their response was that it's not guaranteed, contract the shipper. They are taking the return, but there is an 18% fee, and shipping charge is not returned. The money will not be returned for a while because of how they do it. Besides the fact of can't return it until it arrives. It's the 6th of November, and it still has not arrived.

Worst shipping experience ever! I called to get this fix & just hear repeated sorries as response. My shipment traveled from Indy to Olathe, Ks stayed there for days then got shipped to Champagne, IL & back today to Indy & I'm being told (again) it's going to arrive tomorrow from Indy... fat chance! It was suppose to arrive last Fri... reason I purchased it, then told this last Monday, then told yesterday (We'd) & now I am to believe tomorrow (Fri)... otherwise I get a refund & have no costume I need for Saturday! Will NEVER order from your company & I was a first time customer going on reviews. This is a lousy one for you but you deserve it. Stay clear folks!

I am always hesitant to order clothes/costumes online due to not being able to see the fit or quality of materials, but the items we received were all true to size and didn't look like a "cheap halloween costume" at all. Plus, we received the items within 2 business days! Can't beat the prices or speedy service.

I bought a costume in the middle of October 2019 and returned it within 30 days of receiving it as instructed to obtain my full payment refund. It's been over a month and I have not received my refund and they charged an exorbitant amount to provide a shipping label. I will never purchase from this company again and I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB. I called the company letting them know I have not received my payment two weeks after I shipped the return they said, "we are getting to it, check back in a week". They confirmed they received my package. They also never stated they were charging me for the shipping label. These are true scam artists and I will ensure none of my friends and family purchase from this company.

... is that they charge an 18% restocking fee, that it takes 2 - 4 weeks to process AND that there is a charge of $6.99 to return the item. So, I spent $79.34, $9.36 were shipping and tax. The net amount spent was $69. 98. 18% restocking fee is $12.60, and with the $6.99 return shipping fee, the refund comes to $50.39 (or, if I understood correctly, they will charge my card immediately $6.99 for the return and return $57.38 in FOUR weeks, give or take). What is really upsetting is that I needed this costume for a work party, and I got the measuring tape out to make sure that I ordered the correct size based on their guidelines. Sadly, I could have fit nearly twice into the costume that should have fit according to the information provided on their website. NEVER AGAIN - at least, that is a valuable lesson I learned from this experience.

I would not have even scored a star if I could have. They advertise to say that returns are simple if you are not happy however what they don't tell you until you want to do this is that they will deduct 18% from the amount you paid and that's not even including the extortionate amount that you pay for shipping as it's the only option available! So I have paid the £8.99 p&p thinking it's ok, if it doesn't fit at least I will get the £28.99 back for the costume. No. You will get 82% of that costume amount back. To top it off they do not even give you the address to send your return to and then say that they will deduct a further £10 from the refund if the courier needs to amend the address. Basically leaving you with nothing as long as they get their stock back. Absolute shambles. Even though I can not wear the costume as it is too big, I will not send it back at my further expense to probably end up with £5 back after spending £40!
