I ordered a costume as a gift for my 7 year old nephew, and even paid a little extra for faster shipping. Almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the costume (not the fault of HalloweenCostumes.com). I had checked with UPS and USPS, and somewhere between the two of them, my package was lost. I called HalloweenCostumes.com customer service to get some information needed to fill the "missing mail" claim form through USPS, and the customer service person I spoke with offered to send the same costume out again, since it was obvious the post office lost my package. She was very kind, understanding, and sought to resolve my issue as quickly as possible! I really appreciate her taking action to get me the costume quickly, rather than me having to file the claim through the post office and HOPE they locate it! This is how customer service should be!

Went to a 70's Funk band show but was in need of a costume, Got on their site, found what I wanted. Great.

This Easter bunny costume made me the hit of our company's Easter egg hunt! We set up a photo area and families flocked to have their photos taken. The bunny costume was very well-made, great quality and a perfect fit (small). It arrived earlier then promised and was well packaged. Price was exceptional; I checked prices on many sites before choosing Halloween Costumes, and then I got an extra 15% discount. I would highly recommend this company and certainly the bunny costume. By the way, 9 of my great-grandkids came to the event and they did not recognize me but loved the bunny!

I literally got the worst customer service from them. Not having a service would have been much better than having such kind of service!

Fun.com went above and beyond in customer service. I posted a comment on the website that I loved the lion costume but it was too small so suggested others order a larger size. I received an email offering a refund. I accepted an exchange and got a larger size and my grandson absolutely loves it. Thanks Fun.com

I ordered a costume and the shipment was very fast even though It was to abroad. The costume looks very good and the material is great. The size was a bit bigger than expected but it's better than getting a smaller size:-)

Order #******* Mad Goblin Mask Don't let that smile fool you, this is one multitasking mischief maker with a penchant for green M&M's. He may be old and wrinkled, but he's very nimble! You never know where or when this animated Goblin will appear and what treats will magically disappear. As for his gold, forget about it – you'll never get it!

The costume I ordered was great! Well made, lightweight, fit exactly as it said it would fit (It was a bit big on my, but I was easily able to make it work with some double sided tape and rolling up the sleeves.) Shipping was fast and easy; in fact, I accidentally ordered it with regular shipping when I wanted to pay extra for expedited shipping, and customer service was quick and painless to remedy this. Also, arrived earlier than promised. I got a lot of laughs as a leprechaun in work that day. Also, the pants had pockets! Yes, who doesn't love pockets. The price was great, and I will definitely order again and again.

Good selection and good quality for the price. An inexpensive go-to for Cos-Players, Halloween, or fancy dress parties. Items are true to their descriptions and generally true to their size chart. They ship with the speed of sound, so if you need it soon, they're your best choice. I have never had an issue that wasn't eventually fully resolved.
