I completely being a new company, but when I wanted a refund I was told it was easier to donate the item and order with a " credit". While that wax fine, the item I ordered was even more ridiculously sized
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothing. It was all too tight and I tried to return the items. I took the time to fill out the online form and uploaded pictures associated with each item I was returning and have yet to hear anything from customer service on where to ship the return. Very disappointed.

I was able to find the style I liked quickly. I am excited about the different options. Though it said I was free shipping then charged me shipping. I am at a fpo but that is the same shipping as continental US.

Overall it was pretty good and really enjoyed everything i got
It was so easy to use the site. They really don't attract animal hair which is amazing! I just wish they were longer.
Easy to shop online, good selection in sizes and colours. My new favourite leggings
I honestly thought it would have been a super long time to get my leggings out but shockingly it was right when they said it would be. The only thing is I wish I could track on where they are at and the delivery service, but overall pretty happy.

Very easy to use, hard to find the correct sizing. I had to order two different sizes
Tracking was accurate, clothes are comfy, I didn't have any issues so I can't comment on customer service
