First of all the fake scalp looks weird because it stops like half a inch of where it's supposed to be so there's this weird gap in the front of your part where it's supposed to be the fake skin. Second, I bought the Victoria wig in 22 inch and for some reason I suspected the texture off the bat because it was looking like hair that's starting to revert back to its natural state and not be as flowy as a real straight hair; and then boom I washed the hair and it turned out to be a curly/wavy texture… over 400 dollars for hair that ain't even straight naturally? Not worth the money at all sorry.

They sent me a wig with human hair in the front and a synthetic blend in the back but their website claims their wigs are 100% human hair. When I brought this issue up to their customer service they told me that "it is human hair because their main market is a high end market". I do not recommend them. They lack integrity and they will sell you anything. The cap construction and lace were well done but the hair is not as advertised. For $400, you can get a human hair wig elsewhere and invest in a quality install instead.

Spent almost $500 on a wig that is now balding, and unwearable. This unit didn't even last me 6 months, i look ridiculous. Once I noticed the balding I contacted customer service with pictures and their only response was for me to pay $60 and send it back to CHINA, so they can determine whether or not the balding frontal and overall poor quality was my fault. Or offer me $50 off a new wig, which is NOTHING considering their units go for $200+. Not to mention when i first purchased it, i waited 2 weeks with no updates or shipping information. Horrible company, nonexistent customer service, and overpriced poor quality hair. Will be contacting my bank as they have no intention of issuing a refund or replacing the unit.

The fake scalp, stolen from Ms. Marie, is not done well by Hairvivi. The lace has very large and visible texture (holes). The knots are quite large and very visible. Delivery time was good.
The sad thing is that with Hairvivi's increased popularity, their quality has gone down. In person and in pictures with the units purchased in 2017, it is impossible to tell where my own hair line was and where the unit began. They've changed for the worse.
The fake scalp causes the units (I tried three times) to sit high. Cutting the fake scalp off reveals a cheap lace, with large, very discernable holes.
What used to be is no more. The units require a great deal of work, must be glued on to wear and look very "wiggy."
Today's Hairvivi is simply not good and surely not for convenience. They're high-maintenance wigs that require a lot of work just to get them to look okay and to hide a wiggy and dreadful-looking hairline.
Hard pass.

I bought Two wigs Mia long 180 density and Nara symmetrical cut both were the worst wigs I ever seen the hairline was horrible lace wasn't HD and density 180 was not for Mia long when you send them pic to prove the products has multiple problems instead of excepting you are not happy and want your full refund they insist for to tamper with wig make excuses for how it came in a box and shipping has nothing to do with the pics I can show you and waiting on a response now on the pic I sent with my custom form receipt I pay almost $100 to ship back to return sender while receiving emails about how to fix wig on my head to hide defects, I paid a lot of money for each wig together cost me $682 and I had to take it a step further to make sure they are aware their products were shipped out and I will not be doing any fixing or tampering to cover anything on my head because this is absolutely not what I wanted and paid for if I don't hear from them bout what I emailed them about which was photo of proof it was sent back thru custom and how long will it take to refund my full amount back to my card. I feel like they want you to threaten them with lawyers and banks to get involved with this situation which can be handle a lot better with all the money there customers spend. No more excuse about how the business is lacking workers aren't efficient with work I want my full refund or else it will get into lawsuit which will cost them more then my refund

This is my official first wig and I will say I was impressed. I have been losing my hair since I was a teenager and I finally decided to buy a wig. It felt secure from the moment I put it on. I have not wore it out yet but I plan too this month. I am excited to flat iron and curl it to add more wave. The hair smells like shampoo and is very soft and silky. The color is gorgeous. My natural hair is medium/light brown and I wanted something close to that. Honey is lighter than my natural color but it still looks great on my light skin tone.

I waited 2 months for delivery. It was not real hair. It is way to shiny. It is slipery, like holding a live trout. Tried to trim bangs and cut length like doll hair but worse. Very disappointed. I my opinion a scam. No receipt no return shipping papers. Save your money

The workmanship is very very nice. It didn't take long for me to get the wig. It took about three weeks. The hair is beautiful. I would used their company again. It was a little expensive but I think it was worth the money I spent to get it.

I ordered a wig on July 30th. Today is August 10th and I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I find it extremely unprofessional that the company takes payment for the wig but does not send you an email or anything letting you know that they are working on your wig. I have emailed their customer service and sent Hairvivi a DM on instagram and have not heard anything. I'm starting to worry because I was planning to have this wig for an event on August 13th. At this point I want to cancel my order, but can not even do that. I know that Hairviv has really nice wigs because this is actually my second time ordering with them; however, this did not happen the first time I ordered.

This is the best wig ever swear to god the hairline looks like it's growing straight from my scalp. It's super expensive but I see why it's GREAT quality. I'm only going to buy hair from here from now on I cannot go back to my old wig dealers after getting such a great wig thank you

Haven't tried it on yet since I have box braids in at the moment but girls! This wig is popping! It's REALLLLY soft! Nice blonde/brown highlights! The lace is very nicely customized you literally could just cut the lace and wear it straight out of the box! I'm very pleased and can't wait to try it on! I brought the Ariel prepluck wig in 18" and it is stunning. I choose this wig for the 180% density and it does not disappoint. Hair is thick with looks very natural. Everyone thinks it's my hair!

I want to start off by saying, I was beyond skeptical of my purchase and took weeks, if not months before deciding to make a purchase from an online store. This is an investment that I did not take likely.

Before reviewing my Afrolista 13x6 lace-front, I wanted to wear it for a few weeks and have the chance to wash it a couple of times to see how it would hold up. I've had textured lace-fronts before, they are my favorite. However, they tend to snag and shed like crazy, so they don't last very long and they are challenging to maintain. And because of the density of the hair (this totally surprised me), I expected that I would have a hard time managing it - combing & brushing. Truthfully, I have not had that experience with this lace-front. It has shed VERY little in the 3 weeks I've had it, which is indicative of quality workmanship. It has shed so little that I actually cut out a few strands and burned them to confirm that it was actually human hair and not synthetic. It's human hair.

Secondly, after washing it a total of 2 times so far, it hasn't (a) tangled and become unmanageable, and (b) changed texture after washing. The texture has remained consistent, and I continue to brush and comb it with ease with no snagging or loss of hair.

I chose the mocha lace color and it matches and blends into my skin tone pretty well. Be warned though, there is a chemical smell when you first unwrap your new purchase, which is off-putting. I'm assuming the smell is a remnant of the texturizing process. This smell has pretty much disappeared after 2 washes and conditioning and I think it will be totally gone once I get that 3rd wash in. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitionally make another purchase in the near future.

The frontal unit that I received is a quality product. It will be my 'Special Occasion' wig. It was packaged nicely, with instructions on the best way to care for it. High recommended!

This is seriously the best wig I've ever had. The fake scalp being pre made was amazing because literally all I had to do was open the box, cut the lace and put the wig on. I can't even explain the quality. Just go ahead and buy one!

I placed an order with Hairvivi a week ago and still cannot get them to answer my email to provide a tracking number, confirmation, or status. Their website claims they send wigs out within 48 hours, and should be received within 3/4 days. I cannot even get a response from them so it seems I will have to cancel the order altogether! Very poor service! Will not order again!

They scammed me out of 630$ and insulted me as a transgender along with my light skin tone to which their lace IS NOT hd lace and they are falsely advertising that it is so it will NOT blend in with any skin tone as HD lace is supposed to, google it, they offered me 10$ refund for a 630$ wig because I'm transgender
