Hair Playground is the best site to buy hair from. They are super nice and very helpful. The hair is very good quality and is sold at a very good price considering the great quality of the hair. The customer service is awesome and they are always trying to make sure there customers are satisfied.

I have ordered from hairplayground numerous times, and they never disappoint. Their prices are low and affordable, especially for those on a budget who still want to look good. Their customer service is exceptional, very patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. They have text ordering for your convenience. The hair that I first purchased from them I have reused about 4 times, and I have had it since July of last year. With the hair shedding is minimal, no tangling unless the hair isn't cared for correctly. But that is expected. Very low maintenance, holds curls very well, I don't really straighten my hair, but the hair did straighten well after being curled. And I was able to have the curls in for 4 days before re-curling. I only co washed with cool water a couple times in order not to dry the hair out. The hair when I got it had a medium luster which gave it that natural healthy shine which allowed me to blend it well with my African american hair.

My hair is absolutely Fabulous! It doesn't shed nor does it dry out! Currently rocking the Brazilian Deep Wave 22in and I've had it for 2years 3rd wear... I'd recommend this site to anyone! Thanks hairplayground for the great quality hair

I'm so in love with your hair. This is the best hair I have ever had and trust me, I've brought bad hair. The hair is nice and thick, minimal shedding. I achieved different looks, wand curls. Flexible rods, natural state (Brazilian wave), straighten, and pin curls. I even ordered more bundles and made a wig. My cousin love how natural the hair looks on me that she started ordering the hair and she wore it on the show "face off."Continue providing great hair and I will continue being a loyal customer.

In all honest, I really like this company. Hairplayground really stays on top of there game. Being a customer of there product i can really say there hair quality was on point. For example i bought the Malaysian 16'&18' weave hair last fall. I had no problems with it. And stay till this day i still have the hair. I have dyed it four times colors you wont dare try.and the Product still Haven't give me much of a Problem. I like there service their very helpful -lilnistaaylivee

I paid $150 for some raggedy tracks. They are fraud and need to be shut down. They selling some sample track for the price of whole bundles. Then the customer people are so rude. In the picture below is exactly what they sent me. What am I suppose to do with that. They need to be reported.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are wack as &@/! And slow! I ordered hair December 1st it's January 16th and I'm JUST RECEIVING A TRACKING NUMBER TODAY! First and last time! And the CS is trash they talk trash because they on the text. I'm getting them shut down.

Urggg. Their customer service is beyond horrible! They don't take criticism very well and They are rude. The hair is good but as far as servicing goes; it's complete bull$#*!. They don't even sent it through ups or fedex the hair comes in a plastic bag and through regular mail. It's $62 to get express shipping and $9 to get a tracking number. The nerve of these people. This will be my last time getting hair from them.

I purchased some hair from them a few months ago. At first everything was great customer service was amaizing I only spoke with Simone the store manager. She was very helpful and I was excited to get my bundles. So when my hair arrived the four bundles were extremly short so short I had to go purchase an additional bundle of hair to complete my weave. And when I tried to contact Simone to ask what happened why my bundles were so small, no response. The quality of the hair was beautiful the 1st day but everyday after I was very upset! I can't believe how ppl will screw you over for money. But it's a lesson learned I will never buy hair from this site or recommend anyone to this site.

This was the worst experience I ever had with a hair company! The customer service is really bad and they were kinda rude when I mentioned it to them. I was so upset when I received my hair because I payed $290 for 2 bundles of hair and the bundles were extremely thin, not like I am used to. And to make things worst I got the custom color, I sent them numerous pics of my hair and it's not even the same color as my hair so now I gotta buy hair from somewhere else because I can't wear this

Their customer service is unacceptable. I ordered from them twice and on the second order the Representative got the order wrong and they refused to take responsibility for the mistake. Even after I sent them proof. Their argument was that I should have reviewed the invoice before I paid. Lesson well learned. And don't ever, ever pay them with your credit card directly. Paypal is our only recourse for their "All sales are final" bit

Hello my name is Paul. I work for the Executive Office of Hairplayground. After Investigation of this Customer Alexandria Horn. We have to say the above rant about our Customer Service is Wrong. Alexandria Horn has ordered several times from us. We are her go to person for 100% Virgin Authentic Real Hair. Alexandria Horn is fully aware of our Customer Service that is why she continues to come back.

Every representative is Highly Trained. After we send out a invoice for the Customer to pay. In this Case Alexandria Horn, We simply ask the customer to "Please Check the Invoice then Click Pay" That means to click View on your invoice and check if everything is ok on your invoice then click Pay. Once you Pay you agree that everything is Correct.

Alexandria never was detailed about the texture of hair she would like for a closure. The majority of her order was deep wave. Therefore we sent the closure as Deep wave as well to match the rest of her order. We ask Alexandria Horn to then please Check the invoice then click Pay. Alexandria horn did. Agreeing that everything was right. Even the closure with no texture.

We then shipped out all products to her Fast. She then said that she received deep wave for her order. When she wanted body wave. As we said prior we asked her to please check the invoice then click Pay prior paying. She paid and agreed that everything on the invoice was correct. Now shes claiming something is wrong.

We accommodated her even though it was her clear mistake after viewing the invoice and accepting it by paying that everything is correct.

We offered her $42 off any 3 Bundles Plus!

Below is the email of Alexandria Admitting that she was wrong, and that we were right.

As you see she admits we were right and clearly she was wrong. Making this above review of our Company Incorrect and a total Lie.

Please do not take her review into consideration. It is not only false but slanderous. And we are still investigating her case on this, because of her publicly stating lies about our Company in intent to hurt our Company. When she clearly said in email we are right.
