I love it that they keep sales on their hair and they will check in with u to make sure u are keeping up the good work with the hair you have purchased...! Like I said u can't go wrong unless u went the other route to someone else... Then u r in trouble bc u didn't choose hair from Hair Play Ground...

The Store manager kept calling my phone while I was in church from a calera number so when I got a chance I answered and she said Hi is the Brianna I said it is she said well this is the Federal Courts we saw your review and we are calling to ask you could you remove it so I hung the phone up. I know her voice. Later on that day she emailed me telling me if I deleted my review she would send me 3 FRESS Elite Bundles inches 16' 18' 20' if I deleted my review. I told her I would delete it if she send my hair. I was so angry cause she sent me sample bundle the first time. I wrote the review out of all honestly. She told me to think on it and let her know. I emailed her around 5:30 telling her I would delete the review. She responded "The agreement is if you delete the review we will send you the hair as promised" then she goes on to say Have you opened the other bundles I said yes she said can you put the back nice and neat. I said if I send them back its not free. Then she email me and said We don't need you to delete your review anymore. Did she really think I was a idiot or something. This company is Ridiculous. This is a honest review.
