I started wearing Gymshark about 4 years ago, and over that time I've seen the quality fall dramatically. Gymshark's clothing is made with cheap textiles which results in a shrunk and misfit garment once washed. Ally my shorts, joggers, and sweatshirts withstood no more than 2 washes before falling to pieces. Be weary and do not buy their clothes anymore. It's sad
Clothing is the greatest quality I've ever seen and they wheat about a problem and deal with it straight away with no hesitation. Very glad my experience and I'll definitely be ordering again and again in the future.
I met gym shark a few years ago through social media watching videos of athletes and bodybuilding. I bought their first outfit a few years ago, and I've recently become a more loyal customer. I saw a big promotion last BlackFriday and I ordered a lot of clothes, but unfortunately, someone misappropriated my package and I didn't receive the products. I sent them an email letting them know what happened, and they gave me a 20% discount coupon. So, at Christmas, I took the opportunity to make purchases, and I received everything this time.
I like their products because they are very good, last a long time - and are perfect for the gym. You feel comfortable during the exercises and the style is very good too.
It's true that because I'm not an American company, some deliveries take time and can even get lost, but I only had problems once, and they were quickly resolved. I strongly recommend this brand!
Do NOT do business with this company. Several years after buying one of their products, I am still getting almost daily texts from them no matter that I text: STOP and block the number. No product is worth this harassment.
I bought several items for my son has gifts and the T-shirt he received was a small but it looks like a women's and they would not accept a return or exchange. I'm very disappointed with their communication and they have horrible customer service.
I like the styles of this brand but ordering from them is just a horrible experience. The site layout is kinda odd and confusing at times. They have a sizing chart which is very inaccurate and they have recommendations on sizing based off of the model height and weight which are also inaccurate. Sizing is all over the place, you'll be a large in one thing medium in another and a small in another. I usually have to return 50-80 percent of what I purchase and they are always out of everything. This stuff is popular, you def pay a premium for it and its annoying to pay shipping and then have to return stuff and then there is nothing in stock to replace it. Personally, there's other brands who make similar stuff, I gave these guys a few tries and its just not worth it.
It's been 23 days since I made an online purchase and their tracker is still showing "processing". I've contacted the courier that they use and they verified with me that their warehouse never received the package from gymshark. The customer service at gymshark is basically nonexistent - I emailed them about the issue a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. At this rate I'm going to have to file a report against gymshark with my bank. I do not recommend gymshark due to very poor customer service.
It is very difficult to get in touch with this company. I wish I had read the reviews first. I placed an order on November 26th for a Christmas gift for my niece and I still haven't received it (December 19). I paid for shipping. They promised 3-5 business days for delivery. Now they have added 10 business days to that as an additional delay. The delivery service they use, Apple Express, does not have a contact number or a chat. I have messaged Gymshark and I get an automated response that they get back to me in 1 week. This lack of service is absolutely unacceptable. I can only hope that I receive the correct item in w condition so I don't have to deal with this company ever again. I will never order from them again and I will not recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered 6 items during Black Friday Sale, but the parcel was never delivered, since Gymshark forgot to include my house number in the label. When the parcel was returned to the sender, Customer Service said that 3 items were out of stock and that they could offer a gift card, which I rejected since it was their fault to use an incomplete address and that I would not be able to make use of the black Friday price advantage anymore. Throughout 3 days, I received several emails from customer service contacts, stating contradicting information and not willing to offer me a fair solution other than providing a gift card or refunding the entire order. The same items that were supposedly out of stock were available in other colors, but due to technical reasons, offering these items was apparently not possible. In the end, Gymshark canceled my entire order without my consent, although 3 items were still available. I have tried to contact them, but they ghosted me. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service, wake up, it's 2021 and if you plan on big black friday campaigns, make sure you have the staff and trained customer service team to deal with all issues associated with it.
Gymshark's customer service is beyond bad. They have no phone number and take too long to respond. I paid extra to receive a Christmas gift, but they sent the wrong product. Because their customer services and fulfillment are so bad, there's no way to correct the order. Never buying from them again.
The first order of critical zip joggers had a loose seem where the fabric connects to the elastic leg hole. My Husband very carefully tried to see if they would even work for him but as soon as he slid his foot through the hold, it separated from the pant leg on both sides. I felt really bad because it was a gift and he thought it was his fault, but no activewear should be this flimsy. We got a refund for the item but not for shipping, so I'm out 5 dollars on a piece of crap that I had to return and is now out of stock. The second order was lost and sent back to gymshark and they told me they can't replace the items because they are out of stock... again, out another 5 dollars for shipping items that never arrived. It is frustrating to be forced to do last-minute birthday shopping because a company can't pull it together, and though $10 isn't much at all, I would rather it go to a company that isn't so shady.
I just discovered this site. They had what I wanted and sent it out immediately. No hidden costs and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted.
I buy a lot from Gymshark company and all their products are really awesome, however recently I had an issue. Clara from Gymshark sorted the issue immediately and issued a replacement pair that day without the trouble of me having to send back the originals, so I can give them 5 stars!

They fit true to size. I am 5'10 and 165 lbs. I bought these shorts in the size small. There are not enough good things to say about these shorts! They are amazing! I wear them almost every day. Although I run them through the wash often, their quality has not changed. I have a few pairs including white, black, red, and blue. I was nervous about staining the white pair. But every stain has easily washed off! These shorts are top quality. They are also pretty affordable! Love them.
I recently discovered Gymshark through a fellow youtuber friend of mine and decided to check out their website! First off, it's a good website. Going through their catalog and browsing products was nice and easy. They actually have many clothing options for women but they also sell lots of different pieces for men as well!
I ended up buying from both sections and I surprisingly liked the mens pieces more than I thought. I shopped with a friend and decided to tried on his items too, so check out the video if you'd like to see the try-on's and more of what I thought of this purchase!
(ps. I think it's important that I mention this was the fastest international shipping package I've ever recieved. Still shook.)
ALSO NOTE: The sports bra I purchased was too small and I tried to ship it back but I think the process is a bit complicated for me and since there is NO free returns, I've just decided to give it to a friend.
I'm completely obsessed with gymshark. I own more gymshark than Lululemon. The quality is great but you need to purchase the more higher priced items. If you buy the $40 dollar leggings don't expect them to be amazing quality. The best leggings are $80-100. Other than that I've had great customer care experiences. One time my leggings ripped in the crotch area on leg day 2 months after I purchased them. I sent pictures to gymshark on Facebook messenger and they sent me a new pair in the same day. I didn't even need to give back the ripped ones. That was pretty awesome. One complaint is that they constantly release new clothing which sell out in hours or days. Instead of restocking those they just release new products. I've been eyeing the same leggings for over a year that never get restocked. Still I love gymshark!
Gymshark is one of my go-to places when looking for activewear! Their products are such good quality and relatively affordable too, I just wish they had discount codes sometimes. Other than that, their website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of items/colors to choose from!
I found this store in Instagram and I opened for my self a wide range of goods that I was looking for or become interested in. Really good service and website I like it.
