Regarding my order. Had to email and wait 5 days.
I ordered from Gymshark on Black Friday. Great sales were going on so I hopped on it. Have not heard anything about the order in a week, then I suddenly get an email that my order is out of stock…. How was I able to fully pay for the order through checkout when it's out of stock? Gymshark oversold their products and then emails you that it's out of stock a week after you purchased it. Useless company. If the product is out of stock, don't let buyers purchase more of it. Such a basic concept that none of the employees at gymshark can grasp.
I was missing my unit number on my address so I reached out for help as soon as i paid, I asked if they could edit my address and they replied like 2 hours later saying no, then I asked to cancel my order and they say that they have a "15 minute cancellation policy" that's insane! Then they said that i was gonna get help from a manager and then they shipped my order instead. So then I tried to contact UPS (shipping company) and the tracking number they sent me was not the one associated with my order! I have never been so infuriated like this I HATE these $#*!s!
I ordered a pair of men's leggings size large. They sent a size small with a large sticker on them. I request a refund and they said they aren't responsible for sending the wrong size. How is it not their fault? Not to mention it's impossible to get ahold of someone and the only contact method is email. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT SHOT AT GYMSHARK! They are a scamming $#*! company!
Based upon my experience with Gymshark, I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. I know I won't. After placing my order, more than three weeks later, I still hadn't received the product. According to tracking, it had shipped the day after placement. Attempting to contact someone in "customer support' is simply futile. In their description of the company, they have no problem admitting that they do not possess a call center, although also stating "customer service is their primary focus." Trust me, it is not!
Their communication is poor at best, atrocious at worst! They simply ignore questions about orders. After four weeks of trying to get a response about my order, I finally filed a complaint with PayPal, and within a week, my order was delivered.
The product was not great (athletic shorts with no lining) and as I said, their customer service is nonexistent. Doing business with a company like this is simply not worth the effort and frustration.
The workout clothes I recently purchased were disappointing due to their inferior quality. It's frustrating to invest in fitness attire that doesn't withstand the rigors of an active lifestyle.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE gymshark, but not going to lie i'm disappointed that there's only very few girls leggings and shorts that don't have pockets and that's a big turn away for me, so I don't buy the leggings or shorts unfortunately.
Bought a water bottle and just 2' feet drop from side table, shattered the bottle once and I got a replacement that shattered within a month and now I'm at the third bottle and this will be the last bottle I would ever buy from gym shark.

It's so disappointing and the worst purchasing for me. I do so many online shopping and I never seen this kind of service which charged return fees and even refund not correct amount.
I bought first time from Singapore and the size is not correct. So, I return the items IMMEDIATELY! But the refund fees is NOT free and charged by customers and I had paid 21 sgd!
Then I PAID but after the return process is done. So disappointed AGAIN for NOT receiving correct refund value! I ordered and paid 169.69 sgd but I got refund 156.99 sgd. They replied it's 12.7 Sgd deducted for USING discount code!
They got 33.7 sgd from me for buying nothing!
This company sent me two girls shirts when I ordered two men's shirts. When I tried to get a hold of somebody they told me we return emails when we feel like it we don't have a number you can't talk to nobody will return them when we're ready then when they got back to me you have to take pictures of this do this and do this and when I got upset after three days of going back-and-forth they told me I'm not dealing with you anymore because you're upset. If you buy from this company you are supporting everything that's wrong with this world.
Ordered 2 pairs of leggins with delivery to Dubai. On the page is was showing price in dirhams 260 AED with delivery. However when I bought it they charge me in in USD which after conversion and bank fees was 300 AED. Three weeks after that I got information from dubai post that If I want to get this package I have to pay extra 30 AED clerence. I declined the delivery and reached to the company for refund. Because why would I pay extra 70 aed? They told me they can give me 85 AED back because the cost of delivey is 50 dollars. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW, AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. They told me they CANNOT AFFORD TO GIVE ME REFOUND. THEY ARE THIEFS.
Rented out the entire Paddington recreational track for 3 hours on a Saturday, like cmon, people need to train and exercise. It's public for a reason.
I needed to return some shorts, tried on their return portal, no success. No phone number and customer service via email takes 2 days to reply to your question. I'm beyond frustrated and with the comments on here, I'm afraid to return them and never see the replacement or $ back.
Too bad because my son loves their shirts but I'll never buy from them again with such horrible service
Gymshark has to have the worst custmer service I've ever dealt with. Avoid dealing with them, don't shop there. Save yourself the stress
Leggings I bought last heart Black Friday was awful. One of them stretch so much on butt and thigh area and waste band is way too tight. I know cheap legging does much better than that. Other legging is see through. I ask for refund or exchange, they insisted they can not do it. I am very unsatisfied with their product and their refund policy. I am not going to ever purchase their product.
I ordered on may 29! They took my money $80 They never send me my tracking number! I was waiting for a month! Finally talked with customer support! Terrible very disappointed
I recently purchased some Gymshark leggings and was disappointed with the sizing. I followed the size chart provided on their website, but the leggings ended up being too small. Size small fits more like an extra-small. I'm very disappointed.
Bought a few items and they were all too large. When I tried to exchange the items for appropriate sizes they just downright refused. Never going back.
I love their leggings but I ordered a new pair of leggings and patiently waited for them, just for them to send me someone else's package…. And now I have to go out of my way and return them, and wait for them again. I will not be buying gymshark anymore.
I've been purchasing from this company for several years and have recently seen a disintegration of both quality and service. Sizing is all over the map so it's nearly impossible to determine what size to purchase. I recently purchased a jacket that turned out to be much too big. While completing the online return form, I was advised that the jacket was a final sale. This WAS NOT communicated during the checkout process. Upon reaching out to their customer support team, I was basically told "too bad, you must've missed it." This attitude and lack of understanding and transparency has lost the company this customer and I plan to reach out to others to share my experience. I will happily take my money elsewhere.
