I made a purchase over $300 from GymShark on Black Friday on an order containing 17 items. I ordered it within 10 minutes of the sale starting on Nov 17th. Well, here we are a month later and still I've not received ANYTHING from GymShark except for an order containing TWELVE of the same item that I only ordered ONCE. When I contacted Customer Support they told me they sent me another customers order? That was about 2 weeks ago. My account now shows a partially complete order, they are trying to claim that they sent different items than what I received. When I contacted customer support again to see how they meant to fix their mess up to my order, they proceeded to inform me that 5 items from my order are now out of stock. GREAT, so not only did I wait 4 weeks to NOT receive my order, but now they refunded me half my order and still have NOT given me an ETA as to when I should expect to receive the remaining ELEVEN items from my missing order.
To make things worse, I ordered new items from a gift card they provided me with on Dec 8th that have already been shipped out.
WHAT A JOKE.
Never received my item and would not GIVE me a refund. They offered to send item again but never got it!
I placed an order 20 days ago and while I was charged the moment I placed it, it never shipped and I never get any straight answers from their customer service. The order I placed will never arrive on time for the gift I needed but they won't allow changes. I have asked them to cancel the order that hasn't even shipped, but that hasn't happened either. I will definitely not buy from this vendor again!
I placed 2 orders over a week ago. No shipping update at all. Tried to contact customer service for an update and to my surprise no number to speak to a live representative. Emailed the support team and still no update or response. I know now not order from them again. So disappointed and upsetting.
I have never had active clothes like fit the way Gymshark's does! Plus the quality for the price is unbeatable. Very impressed and will buy all my active wear from Gymshark from now on!

Extremely bad experience!
I placed my order and pay for it. I received an email confirmation that the order was placed successfully and then immediately after that they cancelled my order due to suspected fraud?!
But I already paid, and I can see that from my bank statement!
So they took my money and then cancelled my order!
Update: After contacting customer support, after couple of days I received my money back. Still very disappointing experience.
I feel their sizing runs small. First time ordering on final sale stuff, big mistake. Sports bra were decent quality, but too small. I also ordered the 'pulse woven jacket' and save yourself the trouble, as I was trying it on I got the tinniest bit of lip gloss on it and went straight to the stain remover and soap since the jacket was white, and it won't come out. Terrible material.
Never got my order and never got a response. There should definitely be a phone number if this is a real business.
I recently bought from them and I truly hated all the leggings. The pictures don't look like the leggings AND it looks like the same leggings you can get on amazon for half of the price. The leggings had a small pattern on them but that wasn't shown in the picture and you have a really really bad camel toe better to get from lulu
I'm not here to say how bad this company is cause it's not but I'm a 456 pound man and I'm not proud of it and GymShark's clothing doesn't fit me. I've been wanting to work out but I don't have proper clothes and when I go to the gym I get looks and laughs.
Its bad quailty AND SO EXPENSIVE. I have used a pair ONE time and they broke and got holes in them after ONE use. SUCH vad quality for a LOT of money, 60 USD for $#*! $#*!ing quality. Dont EVER buy their leggings, their shirts are fine and dont break as easily but their leggings are SO bad.
I have ordered 3 different short sets and let me tell you it's terrible. The shorts and bras are very thick, the seams are in awkward areas. The thighs roll when you squat. The tags are on the inside of the right leg by your crotch and it is scratchy, uncomfortable and hangs out when they roll. The material is hot, very compressive and all three sets fit different. I'm typically a medium but I had to order different size top for each short. Would never buy again. Not worth the hype or the price
Better than most activewear brands. Thick and great quality clothing! I got the vital seamless 2.0 shorts in black and they make your legs look great. I would totally recommend (^:
I previously ordered gymshark for the first time, and I had heard to go up in sizing being that they run small. I am a size M/L and I ordered an XL, I even checked the sizing chart to make sure the measurements were right before I placed my order. After placing my order, it told me my ordered would be delivered in a week, 7 business days. It took my order 3 weeks to come in, with no updates! Whenever I went to go try on my shorts, they would not even go up past my mid thigh. Me and my husband checked to make sure they didn't put the wrong size in by accident, but no, the tag said XL. So if you order make sure to go up a few sizes.
I returned 2 products and I am still waiting for my refund. They told me the refunds were made but I dont have my money in my account and they are not being accountable for this. Now I dont have the products and the money neither... NEVER BUYING AGAIN
I ordered one item and had to exchange it. Shipping for the first item was fine but they're very slow in the exchange process. It's been 3 weeks and they still haven't shipped out my exchange to me. And they're slow to give an answer. Heads up, they don't have a customer service number.
I like to think I joined the Gymshark train before it became super popular. 3-4 years ago, the quality of their clothes was great. One pair of Flex leggings would last me 1+ years with minimal signs of wear and tear. Nowadays the quality is subpar. I'm LUCKY if a pair of leggings lasts me 4 months, which, in the world of fitness clothes, is less than average. Within that time, no matter the fit or 'line' of the leggings, holes start developing in the upper thigh and crotch region. NOT okay! Not only has the quality been lacking, but the prices have been steadily inclining. It's not a good combination. I'm moving on from this brand, as it continues to disappoint me. I don't think their clothes are for people who go ham during their workouts.
I have attempted to order 5 times with Gymshark with only 1 successful completed order. The other 4 orders were cancelled automatically. Reach out to customer service and they told to use a different email address and I did try that. No success. Customer (chat only) service is a joke.
I'm trying to get fit and lose some weight after giving birth to my daughter recently. Since I'd heard about Gymshark before, I immediately headed over to get some fitness clothes and they have so many that it was pretty hard to choose just one or two. The ones I eventually settled for are perfect. I'm going to use them for daily jogging, yoga and a few indoor workout routines.
Love the way gymshark fits but I been so disappointed on me getting items 2 months after and just getting half the items and later was told that half the order was not in stock. Did get a refund. This company does not have a phone number to call or chat for any immediate customer service and was never able to return two items that I didn't like. Once you choose what you need to change does not let you edit and was never found on fedex to be able to return.so disappointed that as much as I like the brand will never order from them again. I even took the time to look through other reviews from websites and I see the same complain about people not receiving orders after months.
