I have had guruaid for sometime now and everytime i use them i get absolutely fantastic service. Their staff is always right on and good at what they do. Even for me a computer stupid person. Thanks to them i look computer smart.

Milind Telang (*******): I had Mozilla Firefox as my default browser. For a couple of days, I have not been able to print any of attachments to any of the e-mails that I received. Then I switched to Internet Explorer. That "no print" problem did not exist. I also found out that some of the e-mails that were sent to me, when I had Mozilla Firefox as my browser, did not reach me. That got me worried. Whenever I had a computer problem, I always called GURU AID. Milind Telang fixed my "Mozilla Firefox no print" problem, got rid or the viruses, and tuned-up my computer. THANK YOU to GURU AID, and especially to Milind Telang for their professional and efficient service.

They were extremely helpful as they always had been with resolving my computer problems and i would recommend them to anyone having software issues! SAJID SHAIKH is the person who was a great help to me and would ask for him by name.

We are so happy to have taken another contract everyone that worked with us today was extremely knowledgeable my wife is going to try every thing today if she has any problems she will call back. Also everyone was polite.

I had a problem with Firefox - phoned Guruaid and they sprang into action - taking a reasonable amount of time to put everything right. Also cleaned up my machine - deleting loads of unnecessary programmes. I feel confident that my machine is now working well and to its full capacity. I also feel confident in using them again.

Throughout the process of fixing my computer my technician, Ketan Kadu, was very helpful and informative of what he was doing and how it was affecting my computer. I am thankful for the great job they did. They saved me from having to buy a new computer.

Guru Aid is awesome. I've been a customer for maybe 3 years now and they never fail to help me with my computer problems whether they are simple or complex. I would recommend them to anybody. Sajid Shaikh was especially helpful today as he not only fixed my computer problem but showed me how to fix it myself if a similar thing ever happens again.

Guru just cleaned up my computer again and did a wonderful job, as usual. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs it.

I wonder if anyone that gave a positive review actually used this company. I originally called this company thinking they were associated with AVAST. They are not but they lead you to believe that they are. I cannot believe I was so stupid. I paid $179.99 for one years service. The tech that was supposedly cleaning up my system was nice, but that is the only good thing I can say. After a very long time, over 1 1/5 hours, my system was supposed to be cleaned. Well, after logging off and logging back in, it was actually worse and just as slow. I have contacted my credit card company and they are trying to stop the sale.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from day one. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. This is the safest and best I have felt about my computer in a long time and it is because of Guraid. My technician was great, knew exactly what he was doing, was patient to make sure he covered all my issues. Checked and double checked everything. My computer is clean, tuned up and safe.

The technicians are very courteous and knowledgable. Will recommend guruaid to anyone looking for help. Well worth the cost! I have no complaints in fact I was well pleased. My pc is running well after tune.
