It is fantastic, I have a cup of coffee and watch the work being done, GuruAid does everything. They tell me if there is a problem with my machine and ask if I want it fixed. They inform you as to what they are doing and explain every step. They are very complete with their work. I have all of my machines with them.
I appreciate the time and consideration and outstanding customer service I received while getting my computer issues resolved. My computer now runs like its brand new!
I have had guruaid for almost a year and they are amazing no matter the time of day or night they have helped me solve all my computer problems my tec today and a few other times has been MR. Sajid Shaikh who is very helpful and very professional in this area of cleaning and virus scans and clean outs on my computer, I would recommend them to anyone they get a 5 star rating with me and I am continuing my renew plan for two years.
