Been taking for about 3 months 2 - 2x day. Nothing dramatic has changed but overall in general feeling a bit "better". Less cravings, eat less at meal times, not sure if I've actually lost any weight yet, but definitely stopped gaining, more regular / normal bowel movements, improved overall mood.
Although would like to feel a bit more energetic, so hopefully if I keep taking it I will see that as well! :)
All my life I've suffered from constipation and bloating had all the home treatments to modern with no help. I ordered Bio-3 with little believe I had 30 day refund. I started taking them it took a few days then I started seeing results the more I took them results where better. In all my life I can not remember when I went to bathroom without pain and straining. Love this product! I am taking it once a day. The chocolate flavor is superb! I have lost 5lbs. In 3 weeks. I have had lab tests showing I am pre-diabetic and just recently have learned I also have Pso. Rheumatoid Arthritis. My diabetic numbers are going down, Blood Pressure is down too. Arthritis pain is still hard to bear. Using over the counter pain meds. Like BC and Aleve. Hope to overcome pain with new diet. Thanks again for sending me this new product.
I love adding frozen berries (blackberry, blueberry, raspberry) and bananas to the ProPlant Complete Shake! It gives it a beautiful color, adds some thickness and tastes great!
This product is the FIRST THING that has actually improved my health - inflammation, pain, energy levels. It's been really incredible.
I have never been one to enjoy breakfast other than my morning coffee. Now, with my morning proplant complete shake I've discovered a way to energize without all those processed breakfast foods. I add coconut water as suggested for a delicious meal. There is no need for any other additional ingredients. Vanilla is my favorite but the chocolate is a great way to change it up on occasion.
I believe that this is helping me. Looking forward to Power Blues to get here. I would recommend these and Vital Reds. Thank you for sharing your products.
"Lectin Shield" Should not be an excuse to eat unneeded Carbs and other s-it people do eat.
Otherwise we can improve, when get rid of the addition of Lectins, to have Carb. Alan STRETTON
I have been on Lectin now for about a month and have seen amazing results in my digestion. I was afraid to go to far from home because I didn't know when I'd start feeling bad and needed to get home fast. But I stop having issues and have been able to go and not have to hurry home. Dr, Gundry thank you for your products and the fast they really help a person with health problems.
I feel great, and lost weight. I feel as though my digestion and energy levels are greatly improved.
My husband and I have been taking this for about three weeks. I have had bowl problems most of my life and I am beginning to see a great change in my bowl issues. I took Total Restore for 3 months before beginning the Lectin Shield. It keeps getting better. I'm a believer in leaky gut so I think both of these products have helped me.
After listening to Dr Gundry's presentation I purchased my first Prebiotic which was excellent. Lectin Shield was my second purchase & within 2 weeks I lost 6 lbs & was not taking Tums every few hours. That bloated feeling is gone along with a constant hunger!

At 71 I'm in a fairly good position with my health (knock on wood). Never had any prescription drugs although I have tried many of your Supplements. I find it exciting when you come out with these newer supplements especially with regards to our guts. This seems to be the way to go with our health issues. Been on the program for three weeks and seeing great results. Breathe better, feel better, losing several pounds and actually enjoy the food. This is a true long term health strategy that will help maintain my weight.
My "gut" seems to feel better. I do notice if I breakdown and have regular bread or tomatoes (some of my favorite foods) I will go backwards in my progress. I am working on maybe one "cheat" day a week or more until I break away from those favorites. I am trying to get used to sourdough breads and going for different fruits and veggies. I will keep reading the emails and websites to research on fixing myself along with Biocomplete 3. Thanks.
It has provided some relief in my GI tract. Still need help with diarrhea. So far only taking two pills a day. I read the original book and stopped eating legumes. Recently watch online oresentation on recent work. It motivated me to take lectin supple ment.
I ordered Lectin Shield with hopes it could help me with digestive issues and it has certainly been best decision I've made in a while. I have only been taking it for a few weeks, but it has helped me get back into the balance of things.
