I'm only one month in but am thoroughly impressed with the way I feel! Years of headaches and stomach issues have slowed tremendously and I'm optimistic for the next month! My wife and I have been enjoying the Gundry Proplant shake for six weeks. In that time we each have dropped eight pounds and have increased energy and stamina.
