So far so good... My wife and I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for a couple of weeks. She has been very pleased with her digestion and elimination. I am used to taking Digestive Enzymes so my system has not changed in a dramatic way.
I have had digestive issues for years. Was very excited to try this product and see how it works out. I have been doing well since I started roughly 3 weeks ago. Not 100% but feeling better for sure. I am just not decided that it is the product or if I have just been eating right. Either way it could not hurt and I do feel it is helping me. I will continue on using this because I feel better most of the time and will know as time goes on if it is the product. I am sure it is and am happy using it.
I started with your products because of my primary care Doctor. My acid reflux as well as my digestive system has improved greatly. Just referred this product as well as a couple other of your products to a friend of mine and just sent her the information.
When I watched the video (info-mercial) i was skeptical. The more i listened, the more the symptoms mirrored those of my own. I bit the bullet and thought about a trial for Bio-complete and Total restore. Have not looked back... even offering it to a friend after hearing her symptoms. My results were directly linked to a steady diet of NSAIDS to relieve pain of gouty arthritis. I am one success story and a believer. It was a self diagnosis, and others will have to make a decision for themselves, but for me I was not disappointed.
I have a lot of issues with constipation and gas. The shake does seem to ease my gas pain and allows for regular bile movements. I would also agree that it has also help with curving my appetite. I prefer the chocolate favor over the vanilla, I would recommend the shake to persons who have issues with irregularity as it has been the reason
I continue to use it.
I've being taking protein shake for years. Six months ago I found the pro plant protein shake. UI did not think I would like it but I said I will give it a try and since then I fell in love with the product and I can not go a day without my shake. The taste is so amazing and the most importantly I can feel the difference in my health.
The flavor and texture is excellent. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. An excellent substitute for lunch or dinner. My experience has been satisfaction and no desire for additional snacks after using the shake for a meal substitute, whether for lunch or dinner.
I just want to thank you for this product.my husband is actually the one I bought it for after his doctor suggested trying it. My husband has suffered for several years with horrible stomach pain and nothing his other doctor prescribed helped much. He has had to take lots of antibiotics for Lyme's Disase for over 30 years. I ordered your product and the results are amazing! He finally has relief from his stomach problems. He has more energy and just can tell he feels better just by looking at him. He also takes the total restore as well. I just saw it when ordering the Bio Complete 3 and thought it couldn't hurt. I am so excited to try it for myself as well but our financial situation doesn't allow that right now. If and when we get the next stimulus check we will be ordering more. The Proplant chocolate shake is excellent plain or with blueberries or any other fruit just for variety.
This product is good, it suppressed my appetite & reduced my cravings, reduce gases & make me go to toilet 2 times a day.
However, it is a bit expensive with exchange rates & postage costs & it needed 21 days to arrive. I wish it is cheaper so I can contribute to us it
Indeed it is awesome, I took it and whenever I'm exercising... I feel more heat from within and a lot of sweat afterwards comfort and an energizing change in my body structure, I give u a thumb up and I'm still waiting to see the final amazing result by the time I'm done using the product

Couldn't believe when I looked up and I turned 60 years OLD. In my mind or reality, from 59 to 60 I felt a change. A change of energy, stamina, mental sharpness. Golf is my game. 18 and 27 holes turned into 9 a day. Skeptical of online products, "youth in a pill". But there was something believable about Dr. Gundry. So next thing I know I'm on a regimate of Bio 3 and Total Restore. I'm starting my 3rd bottle of my 3 bottle purchase of each. I must say, I really feel so much better. I have been using for two weeks now, and must admit my gut is feeling much better, and my belt is getting looser. Will be able to judge if it is the Biocomplete after using for a few more weeks, but so far so good. On another note one of my bottles arrived damaged, despite what appears to be good job of packaging. On reporting back on this to Gundry MD, I heard back almost immediately, with an offer to replace the damaged item for free. Pretty good customer service!
I have one of these every morning. I use to feel hungry by midmorning and having this shake in the morning takes me all the way to lunch and I don't have a craving for a sugar doughnut.
I have had long term gut issues for some time. Had colon surgery 3 years ago after struggling with 11 bouts of diverticulitis in 3 years. I have tried literally everything to treat IBS that seemed to be constant post surgery. My guts are working better than anytime I can remember in the last 7years. I love this product.
My family and I love Lectin Shield. It is helping us overcome irregularity and helping us with weight loss. We are encouraging other family and friends to try the product. Finally something that really works!
This product has improved my diarrhea substantially. However I have now developed a UTI that won't go away. Getting my third prescription for another antibiotic.
I've tried a lot of things but this is the best. From the flavor to how I feel. I have more energy! And have lost a few pounds. The chocolate meal replacement and the apple drink in the morning start my day off right. I'm not hungry for many hours!
