I like the product and my bowel movements improved. I started with 2 pills a day because I wanted to see a difference with a increased dose.
Hi I love Dr. Gundry's ProPlant shakes and I tell all my friends. I like them with coconut milk. I like them made with half coconut milk and half coconut creme out of the can. And I like them made with all coconut cream. I also love to sprinkle the shake powder, either chocolate or vanilla over a cold bowl of Nancy's Organic Whole Milk yougurt. (About a half of scoop) then add about two or three ounces of Welches Purple "Concord and other grape species juice". Stir it all up and well mix for an out of this world pudding! I know its cows milk in the yogurt but what can I do?
Before taking Lectin Sheild I was always feeling sluggish and bloated, even when I didn't eat a lot. I got to the point where coffee no longer helped me. I also had, what seemed like, uncontrollable hunger, and my cravings were out of control. I really disliked how I felt.

I always felt like I had to work twice as hard as others just to keep my weight in check, let alone lose any. I would like to mention some thing else I had a very bad skin rash on my upper leg, I tried everything nothing worked, about six moths ago I bought six bottles of POLYPHENOL DARK SPOT DIMINSHER and applied it for a week the rash had completely disappeared and did come back. Definitely less bloating, very improved Bowel Movements in quality. No difference yet in frequency of Bowel Movements. But no signs of constipation, which is my tendency. Look forward to see the cumulative effects. But definitely reduced upper abdominal bloating which used to occur after eating.
