After using the shake and the "primal plants" items I have been feeling much better and more energy. Its like being on caffeine without the bad effects. Love it. Now we are starting on the olive oil, so you will have to get back on us with that one. But it smells so good.
Dr Grundry's shake is so tasty and give me energy and makes me feel full, no digestive issues either, actually it has really helped with my digestions, and feeling much better.

I usually start having an allergic reaction to most protein shakes after a week of use. Not with this one! And I feel great after I drink it and not sluggish! Good taste and mixes with most anything. I also loved the recipe on the back as a bonus!
I have had digestive issues for decades. After watching the video I decided to give it a try. I felt like Dr. Gundry hit on so many symptoms that I was experiencing that it was worth trying it for a month to see if this was too good to be true ( like so many on the market). Well, I'll tell you, it is everything I was looking for. Not only have my digestive problems dramatically improved but I have less inflammation in my hands and feet and even my belly has slimmed down. First off, I am a 70 year old grandfather feeling like a 50 year old, or younger. It's amazing to me how I can compete with my much younger peers and how I have the stamina to keep up with my very athletic teenage grandson. I started off with BioComplete 3 and was so impressed with my physical results that I now also take the Longevity capsule, the Proplant shakes, and the Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil. After starting with the BioComplete 3, I noticed a reduction in my body fat. My stomach began to flatten out, my weight dropped, but the big positive change for me was with my bowel movements. The BioComplete 3 definitely cleaned me out giving me a great comfortable feeling all day long. I should clarify that I do exercise daly, doing stretching, yoga, light weights, and walking, to help deal with my bad back. But even with the exercises I could never flatten my stomach. I was told it was due to my aging, but since taking the BioComplete 3, can I say the BioComplete 3 has reversed my aging? Okay, hopefully you can gather that I am impressed with your product and will continue this regiment until my family doctor says otherwise, but I do seek your advice and suggestions on how to use your products in the best way. I currently take one capsule of Longevity in the morning before Proplant shake breakfast, then 4 capsules of BioComplete 3, and one tablespoon of the olive oil with 3 scrambled eggs after my morning workout. Should I change when and how many BioCimplete 3 capsules at a time? Thanks, I love the results I have been getting.
The kids have only been taking them 2 weeks and there bowls haven't changed much but I think it's still early days.
The formulas are good but then some of the products get out of stock for a long time. That creates a situation where I don't know if I'm getting the benefits promoted.
I have been using these pills daily and I am beginning to think that they are helping with my bowel movements. In the past, I would go a little for a couple days, then one big one. Now, I get up in the morning and go quite well. The last couple days I go when I get up then 4 or 5 hours later I go again. Makes me nervous. I still eat most of the time and try to drink more water daily.

I came across this purely by accident and after reading some of the reviews I decided to try it. Well, needless to say I wasn't disappointed.

This has been great. I feel much better and look better and have lost some weight. Hopefully, I'll lose more. I take two in the morning and two at night. May cut back after taking them for awhile. They are wonderful.
