I'm loving Proplant. It's great to have in a flask when I'm out for the day. Stops me buying a block of chocolate. Takes away hunger and cravings. My husband has a physical job and a big appetite. This as a snack is helping him also to not go for junky snacks. The stevia taste wasn't my favourite at first but I've got used to it. We now love our chocolate milkshakes and love the goodness it is providing us. It's expensive though. I bought it on special which made it more manageable. Hopefully more specials will come around. I would share my next shipment with my sister and breastfeeding daughter in law who are both interested. We are in Australia so the free postage was a real winner first time round

I am having joint, muscle and stomach pain issues. My doctor literally asked me "what is it you want me to do for you?" At that point I began more research on the internet. I read Dr Gundry's articles, including leaky gut/auto immune issues and the value of vitamin D concerning plaque build up which I may even had as a cause of my leg muscle pain for over 3 years. I can honestly report that my stomach burning, bloating, constipation and overall joint and muscle pain has begun to lessen. I have always eaten a good diet but his diet suggestions are great also. I also take my vitamin D. It may be coincidence but I don't think so. I will continue to take my Bio Complete 3 and hope for continued positive progress.

My wife and have been working to 'correct' or 'right-size' our diets for a couple years now. We started with the Diet Revolution by Dr. Gundry, a must read! We'd tried many different name brand plant based protein powders to mix in with veggie and fruit based smoothies which seemed OK at the time. Then, we decided to try Dr. Gundry's ProPlant Complete, the chocolate version (my favorite), because the ingredients list is far superior to most of the main stream name brand types. To our delight, for the first time, we actually FELT our Dr. G mid-morning smoothies! Wow what a difference in energy and alertness. We use coconut water, a healthy handful of spinach or kale, some additional fresh fruit like mango or banana and then a large chunk of ginger and of course the serving of ProPlant Complete. We each have one at least three to four times a week if not more. Not crediting ProPlant completely because I've taken other steps and Gundry products to get healthier but I for one shed 20 lbs in the last year and my total cholesterol is now in check down from over 250! My wife was ecstatic when Dr. G released the vanilla version because that's her favorite. Once you've had ProPlant Complete it's very hard to go back to lesser quality products. We're spoiled now. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nutritional snack or even meal replacement. Now we're just patiently waiting on a promo email from Dr. G's team so we can pop in and get three or six more tubs! I've been taking BioComplete-3 for a bit over 3 months and it has helped my gut immensely! When I ingest gluten (or any large grain protein), I get a flare-up of psoriasis within a few days. Since I've been taking BioComolete-3, the flare-ups are much more mild, or don't happen at all. It's nice to not have to search every label, and skip out on social functions (COVID-safe, of course) because I know what will happen to my body later on.

After my quintuple bypass 4 years ago I tried all hard to lower my weight. After 3 years I had lost 36 pounds. A friend starred the Plant Paradox with me and it made such perfect sense I jumped in. I needed something to supplement my narrow meal-plan and ProPlant Complete Shake filled the space deliciously. I drink a chocolate or vanilla ProPlant Complete Shake 5 days a week. With Plant Paradox meals and a ProPlant Complete Shake my cardiologist is nothing but positive about my progress. I am now down 95 pounds and have no reason to doubt I'll continue to improve. I turn 66 tomorrow and am so much healthier than I was at 60. Who imagined that was even possible.

I have to tell you... That after trying your Bio-Complete 3 product I have seen and felt a huge difference in my body. My belly fat is going down, and I am feeling healthier than ever in my whole life. I don't have diabetes or any other diseases that I know of but I have always felt so tired and sluggish for a very long time. I am a 57-year-old woman and I'm turning 58 on January 3rd. I want to say that you are a genius! I love your product. I don't know how long I will be taking or be needing to take this product and it really doesn't matter. What matters is my health and I give you an A++ for making the difference! I have to tell you that I live in the worst air quality area--Bakersfield, California, and I have felt very tired and sluggish every day for a very long time now. Well, you know what? I work every day and I am always extremely tired when I come home that I do not have the strength to be cleaning and cooking after a hard day's work. I even work on Saturdays. Well, to my big surprise after taking this product, I have had so much energy and this past Sunday I had so much energy like never before in a very long time that I managed to clean the whole house and I have a big four-bedroom house that I share with my husband. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and did not feel tired at all that I started thinking, "am I drugged or what?" I do not take any type of medicines or drugs and I could not believe all the energy I had and I did not feel tired at all. I think I cleaned for about five hours non-stop. OMG! I was moving quickly and I was practically running. "Okay", I started thinking, "No knee pains anymore."... "Okay, this stuff is good." I am not writing to give a good word only and to be entered into a contest, but I am writing because I was thinking to write to you and to tell you how pleased I am to have met you by your wonderful product. Since May, 2017, I have journeyed down a path inundated with heart issues. A progressive loss of energy was the most obvious marker, but the severity of my condition became blatantly obvious when, on May 5, of 2017, I collapsed at the finish line of a 12 K race, Cardiac arrest. The presence and immediate response of medical personnel, including a cardiologist, "saved" my life. Several weeks hospitalized and in rehab restored my health to a point on independence, but medical complications prevented needed surgery, so I returned home. My "recovery" was so good I neglected to seek medical oversight in the ensuing months. I returned to a less aggressive running routine, and within the year energy issues returned. They progressed, I ignored them... at first, In Oct 2019 I finally sought medical help, resulting in surgery. In Dec 2019, at the age of 76, I underwent a triple bypass with a Trifecta GT tissue heart valve replacement. Post surgery history has been excellent. Within three month following surgery i was off ALL medications. Several supplements were recommended. I comply faithfully. But the one which I learned of independently was Dr Gundry's" PROPLANT COMPLETE SHAKE". Since surgery I have made many life style changes, But the introduction of this supplement was one change I noticed within 24 hours. My energy levels, leg strength, overall physical and mental demeanor improved. I sincerely felt and enjoyed the difference. Almost immediately. Thank you Dr Gundry!

My husband and I started Bio 3 1 month ago. At first we did have a lot of grumbling tummy but... that was because it was doing it's job! My husband can now eat nuts and beans again, and I can tolerate dairy better than before. We are thrilled that Bio 3 is giving us our gut health back. I see my husband and slimming down, and although he says he can't see a difference in his energy or sweet cravings, I sure can! Thanks Dr. Grundy I think we have finally found an answer to issues we never felt would be found.
