First of all I would like to thank Dr. Gundry for all his hardwork to give us an excellent product to improve health and well being. Since I started drinking the protein shake two weeks ago, I began to see changes in my body. My bowel movement became regular and I don't feel bloating in my belly. I have more energy than usual and spend more quality time with my family. I encouraged my husband to drink the shake as well which he obliged. Even if he doesn't admit it (cause he's skeptical), I can see that his mood is improving. Thanks Dr. Gundry.

I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease 6 years ago, but have never been medicated for it because of drug allergies and awful side effects. I mostly manage it with my diet, but still have flare ups and struggle managing at times. I began BioComplete3 three weeks ago and became regular after a week. I am so thankful. I have relatives that also struggle with digestive issues and have been educating them about this product too so that they can feel better.

I have been using Bio Complete 3 for about 4 weeks and take it daily, along with Prebio Thrive. I am very happy with the fact that I have been losing weight, in fact I've dropped about 8 pounds in 4 weeks. Due to some sensitivity in my stomach area I've reduced the amount of Bio Complete 3 to 2 tablets. This may be a bit much for my gut, since I'm continuing with the Prebiotic Thrive. Overall I am satisfied with the results from Bio Complete 3 but need my stomach to stop hurting. Maybe this will occurr since I've reduced the dosage.

I finally found a great tasting, satisfying, and filling protein shake that works with my sensitive digestive system. I was diagnosed in '79' with what they called then a 'spastic colon' now I believe I fall into the category of IBS-C. Dr. Gundry's shake gives me energy that lasts - there is no sudden crash after an hour and there is no bloating or discomfort. I've finally found a protein shake that works for me! :) Highly recommended!

It took me a few years to finally listen to my brother. He has been taking dr. Gundry's products for a while. He knew that I was over weight, I have celiac disease and a hiatel hernia, etc. But the last time I saw him, he looked so healthy and energetic. My brother is fifty-ish and he plays basketball with twenty years old and he keeps up with them. When I saw all his changes, I told him that I was finally going to order Dr. Gundry's products. He told me that they are expensive but they are worth every penny. So I ordered the three bottles of chocolate powered for shakes. My order came fast. I've been drinking two shakes a day, lots of water and I'm not hungry like I use to be, I don't crave junk food. I desire to eat healthy food. I'm grateful to my brother and to Dr. Gundry's products. All I can tell your viewers is that it is worth it.

I began taking Dr. Gundry's Bio Complex 3 4 weeks ago in an effort to restore my gut health. I have been experiencing bloated gut for over 6 months and so when I saw the infomercial I was immediately intrigued. I am not your typical online purchaser of all things shiny and new, claiming incredible results, etc. But so much of the information presented in the 45 minute long video resonated with me. The science makes sense. The results I have experienced have been very positive. My belly is not as bloated, and it continues to improve. Overall my energy level is also improving, and I've lost a few pounds. I'm looking forward to seeing the full benefit of Bio Complex 3 as I continue on this journey back to health.

I have been using the pro plant shake as breakfast and lunch replacement, sometimes dinner for about 11 weeks. I have lost 15 pounds without being hungry. Now I have a shake every other day or so. My energy is good, my bowels are good, my skin is good. Your concoction actually worked for me.

I've been using the chocolate flavor ProPlant Complete Shake for a few weeks, and I love the way I feel. I use it as my mid-day meal, and it keeps me satisfied until dinner. I also changed several things about the food I eat in general, and as a result of drinking the shake and the change in the quality and quantity of food I eat, I've been successful in losing weight for the first time in years.
My favorite way to mix my shake is to use cold coffee and unsweetened coconut milk as the liquid portion, plus a few ice cubes. I use my immersion blender and end up with the most delicious mocha shake that I look forward to drinking every day.
