I have been taking these capsules only about 2.5 weeks, but my gut is much more "comfortable." Having been diagnosed with IBS and trying to manage it without prescription meds has been a hit or miss thing. Sometimes feeling well for days and then suddenly experiencing a really uncomfortable day has been frustrating, painful, and restricting (not wanting to leave home on those days). Since taking these capsules (4 daily), I find my gut feels so much better and I am more regular - and so far, no bad days!

It has really helped my digestion and curb my sugar cravings. I think this is a fantastic product. I took probiotics for years, but this additional prebiotic support has made a difference.

I like the flavor of the shake, except a slight bitter taste from the Stevia. Many people like Stevia, and I guess I am one of the few that picks up on the bitter after taste. To counteract this, I add almond milk that is lightly sweetened, or some frozen blueberries or other low sugar fruit. If you let the mixture sit for a few minutes after blending, it becomes thick like a milkshake. Dr. Gundry uses high quality ingredients. It's a great way to grab something on the way out the door when you don't have time or aren't ready for a meal. It holds me over for a couple of hours.

I have recently ordered Bio-Complete 3 and so far I have found it to be really good, It took a few days for my stomach to settle, but coupled with regular walking and lots of water, I'm feeling great. I am a firm believer that these pre & pro biotics are important for good gut health. It would be great if Gundry MD had an Australian outlet, as the exchange rate makes it a little expensive to purchase. I am also hoping that this formula will go a long way to reducing my heartburn/GERD. Happy so far.

Before taking Bio Complete 3 I was having several health issues that couldn't really be explained. I was having rashes, the cuticle on my fingers were swelling up and infected, my energy level was super low, and feeling agitated often. The doctor wanted to put me on several different medications. All of this seem to happen within a few months I knew there had to be something else that was going on here. I found Dr Gundry's Bio Complete 3 and thought it could be gust another one of those adds to get my money, but thought what do I have to lose. I bought one months supply to try it out and literally all my health issues listed above have disappeared. My weight is finally stabilizing and energy is at a regular again. Thank you Dr Gundry! I'm 36 years old i was over 80 pounds overweight before I started making changes in my daily routine one if them using the proplant shake to replace one meal out of the day. It had an immediate effect. I didnt feel hungry or fatigued for hours after using just the one serving. I cut out all processed food and drinks and stuck to mostly a planted based diet with 2 meals and 2 smalls snacks in between per day along with exercise. I also use md gundry olive oil on my salads. In just 2 months I lost all that excess weight and I have no issues with bloating, food cravings, constipation, mood swings, or pains in the joints and back. For about 3 weeks I have been taking Bio Complete 3 along with Total Restore and I am very happy with the results. I am also following the dietary guidelines in Longevity Paradox. After some uncomfortable issues initially, I feel better than I have in years and the improvements keep coming. I no longer need to take all the homeopathic remedies for digestion and bowel issues which I was using on a daily basis for several years. I sleep better, eat better and have more energy. And I've lost a few nagging pounds that I was struggling with after I stopped smoking last December. I am 65 years old and have had digestive problems most of my life. I am convinced I am on the right path to clearing all that up - finally!
