I will admit I was leary about trying your product. It's been about two weeks and my stomach has gone down quite a bit and I have lost three pounds. The only thing I would recommend is that you put your customer service telephone number in your news reports. The reason is that I purchased one bottle and it will be finished soon, I don't know if you be automatically contacting me or I have to reorder myself. I would apperciate it if someone could get back to me on this.

I am using Bio Complete 3. Previously I had been using a product from another company with only 2 a prebiotic and a probiotic. This other product worked well for me as far as it went. But I still needed some additional assistance in by bowel track and my intestines.
Bio Complete 3 is a better product because it goes a step further, by having a third ingredient, called postbiotic.
Three (3) pre, pro and postbiotic have help me far better than I had hoped for. I have tried several other products and other companies. This product is so good for me that I committed to using products from Dr. Gundry and I will replace my other products for ones from his company.

My bowels were not functioning correctly. They were hard, small and irregular. I have also had problems with acid reflex and digesting food ( my food was coming out the other end without being digested. All of these symptoms have been correct with this product BIO COMPLETE 3. Ii has brought me such relief that I will take it for the rest of my life. What a product.

I am so happy with how I feel! My gut "talked" to me all the time and was running to the bathroom constantly. I tried eliminating foods, eating very bland things and nothing helped. Probiotics alone did not do anything for me. Now that I am taking Bio-Complete 3, I have no talking stomach, no frequent bathroom trips! I feel great and so much happier. I can eat certain foods without them going straight through me. I highly recommend!

Nothing else I tried worked including careful monitoring of what i ate. Bio Clear 3 has resulted in one normal bowel movement a day and so I slowly started eating some of the foods I had avoided. If I get a second bowel movement that is diarrhea-like I eliminate the food that triggered it, so that tells me the whole problem is not totally conquered but I do considere myself reborn gut-wise.

I bought 4 jars at one time for excellent savings. I enjoy this drink with 12 oz water and only 1/2 scoop since I am petite. The drink is full of fabulous nutrients, has a great chocolate taste, and due to the fiber and nutritional content, I feel full for hours afterwards. I am already taking BioRestore and LectinShield so my microbiome feels as if it is quite nicely balanced at this point with good bacteria and all the fiber keeps me more regular than I have ever been before. One happy customer here!

Over 6 months ago I had emergency spine surgery. Recovery has been slow, as I have almost no feeling in ankles & below so balance is nearly impossible. In addition I remain incontinent of bladder & bowel. I can move my bowels by working core muscles, but never completely as before. Texture of BM was inconsistent making accidents more likely. BioComplete 3 has been a game changer for me! Even though taking iron supplement I am having an almost normal BM morning & mid day & with far less straining than before I began taking BioComplete 3. Rectal tone has improved only slightly but I feel much better being able to move waste along than when it seemed to be building up inside!

It's probably too soon to write anything. 4 Days in and I'm pleased to say it's too early to tell. However, there have been no negative side effects. I believe that with time it's going to be a good test. Check with me in a month.
