I have been taking Bio3 for about 3 weeks. I take it every morning before heading out the door for the day. I have noticed that I am not as tired because I do work long days. I have started to notice that my britches are getting pretty loose and that the belt has become a necessary item now. I have dropped almost 15lbs and my goal is to loose another 40lbs by spring. I have tryied other supplements and nothing I tried can compare to Bio3. As a matter of fact the wife has seen the changes that I let her in on what I have been doing. Time will tell the story.

As skeptical as I was in ordering this product, I found myself desperate, having had diverticulitis nearly 10 years and no real hope through the medical profession aside from getting a pat on the head, walking away with yet another prescription of antibiotics. This was my one last hope that I might feel better without surgery, and guess what? I DO FEEL BETTER after taking the product for only a few weeks. The pain is gone. I can eat a variety of foods without fearing pain in the evening as I had been having for more time than I want to remember. My bowel movements are back to normal. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. I'm so happy I listened to Dr. Gundry's video, making the decision to try his product. THANK YOU!

I feel great! I have been taking a Probiotic for close to 10 years now. I have had several colonoscopies and my doctor said to continue taking the probiotic since he likes my results. I have just recently switched from Bio X4 to your product. Honestly, I don't see much difference between the two except the cost. I recently purchased another bottle of Bio Complete 3 but don't know if I will continue using it when it is done.

Been taking this product for 3 weeks when I wake up and when I go to bed. I don't feel bloated and so gassy any more unless I eat some bad food which only happens on the holidays. I still need to better my diet but it's hard and takes time but taking this product I feel pretty good. In the process of ordering the plant paradox so I can get on the right track of eating more healthy. Bio 3 is working really good for me sometimes when I go poop I don't even have to wipe like the caveman people back in the day so that tells me my gut buddies are doing their job. Thanks Dr G

I've been taking the product for about a month now. I have been struggling with craving sweets for as long as I can remember! I can honestly say I don't even think about a dessert after a meal to the point where a cupcake could be sitting in my face & I don't have the desire to touch it. I'm a big breakfast eater however I'm not hungry in the morning so I just eat a piece of fruit to have my morning dose of complete 3. Also my energy level is remarkable. This product really works for me. Highly recommended

Thank you Dr Gundry for coming up with this formula. I recently changed my diet, I was 300lbs eating the Standard American Diet (SAD) and I ballooned up to 314lbs. Just by cutting out grains which had my asthma and eczema aggravated I loss 14 lbs. Then 1-5-2020 I changed my eating habit to cut out refined sugar and a lot of carbs I have loss 60lbs but it left my bowels sluggish. The Bio3 has made a great improvement. Daily movements sometimes 2 to 3 times. I know I still have a ways to go but I am well on my way. I have been hospitalized with COVID19 Thank God I made it.
