First of all I would like to thank Dr. Gundry for the wonderful product that God has shown him to make. I've been using this Bio Complete for about 3 weeks now. I noticed a big difference on the second day of using it. You see
I've been having trouble going to the bathroom for years now. I have tried all kinds of things some seam to work others made my colon black then others my body got used to them. Since using Bio Complete i have been going to the bathroom every day now with out gas pains. I've heard some say they had running stools I think that they might have to many toxins in their body but I know for me that it works. Thank you God and Mr. Gundry.

I have sucrose intolerance. There is sugar added to everything which is really difficult to avoid. I do the best I can but I would still visit the bathroom 10-12x/day. I started this product and within one week, I was down to 5-6x/day. For the average person, that still sounds awful. To me, it's a game changer. Significant decrease in frequency, urgency, bloating and gas. Stool went from watery to almost formed. Not very pleasant to talk about but isn't that why you're considering this product?

I was dealing with unexplained chronic gastro issues for several weeks that wouldn't "go away". I was looking for a good probiotic and had started using one from the drug store when I found and ordered BioMed I take 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime. I have tried several products from Dr. Gundry MD and am pleased with all of them. I have stopped all stomach, GERD and indigestion RX's. My stomach is so much better. My digestion and elimination is wonderful. Proplant is really good. I make a shake with the recipe on the container but add a little ice to make it like a milkshake. I have now started Energy Renew and am liking it so much that I have cut coffee consumption down to half. Try the products you won't be disappointed. If you are they offer a great refund policy, but I have never returned anything. To top everything off I have lost a bit of weight without even trying.
