I' take multiple gunnery products. I mix with my green tea smoothie, vital red, power. Blue, and prebiothrice. I like to also take prebiotic, omega 3, and tumerec. I use bio complete as my prebiotic most times. I highly recommend Gundam products. I am in need of a call with Dr. Gundam or one of his expert advisor. As a 70 year old working man I have some questions on taking multiple products.

I have been taking BioComplete 3 for almost a month now and I switched from Plexus ProBio with ease. No GI upset - only improvement in my bowel movements. I've always had loose stools but with this, my stools have become more banana-like with less variation in consistency! Even while I'm pregnant! Very pleased and am willing to pay the extra money for a product that keeps me healthy!

I can take only 1 capsule a day of Complete Bio 3. It is very
Constipating. I tried but could not tolerate 1 tablet twice daily. I had to take a laxative after taking complete Bio 3

I have definitely been very regular and have had no stomach issues nor cramping, since I started my daily Bio-3 routine, now has been over 3 weeks into my first month supply; I wasn't that bad off to begin with, daily drinking coffee has always seemed to keep me fairly regular, but also occasional (maybe weekly) bouts of cramps, diarrhea; I believe the science is sound, makes sense, and so I am continuing, have now ordered a three month supply.

The following morning I made my first "shake," WOW! This folks, is the real deal! The taste is "off the hook." After two week of use I can tell you I have experienced increased energy. My overall health is better than I expected. IN MY OPINION, there is no product on the market that can measure up to this one! My first thought was the price, then I thought, can you really put a price tag on your health and well-being? No you can't. I rarely and I mean rarely leave a review about anything. This product deserves a positive 5 star reviews. Dr, Gundry even offers a 90 day guarantee, it doesn't get any better than that. Will I continue to use this product? Is a pigs hind quarter pork? I was was diagnosed with moderate esophagitis and gastritis with diarrhea and chose this per a fellow nurses recommendation. I'm taking two in the morning and two in the evening along with 2 other supplements for restoring gut health. I am still dealing with the same burning in my stomach but feel the diarrhea has improved somewhat. I think that to give a more complete review I will need to be on the supplement for a longer length of time.
