I have been eating salads daily to keep regular but with Bio 3 it seems to really improve even more. I know how important gut health is for all over well being. It makes me feel happy to know I'm doing my body some good with this simple product.
I am enjoying the supplement overall. I think I am experiencing slightly more frequency in my bathroom visits and slightly less bloated. I can't say I am knocked out with the results, but feel a bit better than before.
It has been working good. I split my dose up two in the morning and two before bed. My sweet cravings have disappeared.
I have been taking various prescriptions for acid reflex for years. Bio 3 complete is relieving that problem so far. I have always had problems taking Probiotics. These are doing the work and no gastric distress and no diarrhea.
Since starting Bio Complete 3, my bowel movements have been very regular every morning almost immediately after getting up out of bed. I have the urge to go, but not the pain I used to have. I love it but worsened my GERD( reflux) so I stopped it due to the chocolate. I wish there's another flavor! I got 3 containers costing me more than a hundred dollars and are not in use. I'm halfway the first container. Can I exchange them with your probiotic if there's no other smoothie flavors? Thanks

I have been taking Bio Complete 3 for about 3 months. Prior to taking this special formula, I was plagued by problems with my gut. I have had bouts of what have been diagnosed as diverticulosis so I started to take probiotics. The other probiotics did not seem to make much difference. Soon after starting Bio Complete 3 I felt so much better. Not only was I armed with a great formula but Dr. Gundry has provide the information that has allowed me to make an informed decision on what foods will help me feel the best. I now understand how some foods cause an adverse affect on my gut health. Not that I totally avoid these food but I have learned to limit them. This knowledge coupled with taking Bio Complete 3 have made such a difference in my bowel health and my over all well being.
With taking Biocomplete 3, I do find I have more energy. I have also found that the aches in my joints are not as severe and some are gone all together. As with some people juggling a busy life, I do not always remember to take as directed. Ooops. I can definitely tell when I do not take Biocomplete 3 for a bit. So the process continues to take the steps to be consistent to achieve better health.
