My husband and I take the Bio Complete 3, Vital Reds and the Proplant Shake every day/Morning. We stay energized, full longer, and our insides moving comfortably. We will continue to use Dr Gundry's wonderful products! Our insides thank us every day! We definitely feel how much our bodies are loving the quality of the ingredients and really are thankful for all the wonderful products! I am sure it is different for everyone, but I feel gut health is most important for staying healthy since that is where our immune system is. Our health regimen is just getting better and better because of these great products. I think everyone should give it a shot! Be well people, Dr. Grundy I feel is really genuine!

I'm 59 yrs young, and I've been suffering from arthritis pain on my knees for more than 20 years, I have tried almost everything on the market that claims "pain relief" however, I've been fortunate enough to have found Dr Gundry's products, I've been taking Vital Reds, Primal Plants, Power Blues, just to name a few, and I can honestly tell you my knee pain has vanished. I was diagnosed with "Leaky Gut" 3 years ago, but ever since I've been purchasing Dr. Gundry's products, my digestion and bowel movements have become normal again. After such good results with Bio Complete 3, and having much more energy, better digestion and less arthritic pain, I decided to try the Pro-plant chocolate shakes to help in losing weight. I was so pleased to see all the ways it could be used, including as a dessert mousse or ice cream treat. But would it taste ok? Wow, it really is chocolate, and satisfyingly sweet without being sugary. It is so easy to whizz up in a blender and has become a quick lunch for me when working. I feel full, it doesn't give me reflux (unlike other dietary shakes) and I don't get a big energy slump a couple of hours later. It is a yummy way to get extra fibre into my diet too, and it feels like an indulgence, not a replacement. Thank you Dr Gundry, you are literally saving my life with your products.

I read some of the suggestion on the site and seen how others use the product so I now start my mornings with the shake, and i don't get hungry till the afternoon after a good 1hr work out. I have notice the drop in weight and i feel the energy since my work outs last a bit longer now. My wife now just started to take the shake since now she wants to loose a few pounds her self since i told her how it eliminates those cravings. So with the Bio 3 Compete and the shake, I have seen the changes on my waist line and energy. I strongly recommend.

Started taking Bio Complete 3 instead of Total Restore so I'd have all my Pre, Pro and Post Biotics in one, instead of buying several products at a time. When I started it I had come down with a terrible case of fatigue that usually hits me each year in the fall season. I had already run out of Total Restore for a couple of weeks before I was able to start taking Bio Complete 3, shortly after the fatigue started up. I could feel it starting to turn in 3 days of use, by a week I was my usual self, but have continued to be doing fine ever since. I have decided to go back on Total Restore as well, but am waiting for the product to arrive. Reason being, I'm still having trouble with acid reflux and some of my arthritic problems returned somewhat and Total Restore had been doing an excellent job with those things.

I started my journey 2 months ago when I turned 55. With Proplant, a healthy diet and exercise, I have lost 18 pounds and 15 inches without losing energy! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk to mix a flavorful chocolate shake that is so good I feel like I'm cheating. Thank you Dr. Gundry for all your useful messages and recipes. Its wonderful that you care enough to reach out to your customers and give advice for them to be successful in their health journey.

Only started about a week ago, so no long term results to report. Good bowel movements began at about day 2, but on day 5 I had diarrhea and cut back to 2 capsules per day rather than the recommended 4. So far it looks like I'm back to normal movements. There are probiotics included in a multivitamin I am taking, so maybe the combination with 4 BioComplete is just too much.
We'll see how it goes with just 2 BioComplete and I may gradually increase to 3 and then to the recommended 4.
