I keep coming back to purchase more of this delicious high protein and fibre rich shake because It is a satisfying meal replacement in a cup that tastes decadent, but isn't. This shake has helped me meet and exceed my weight loss goals over the past 6 months.

I bought this after researching many different proteins. As a survivor of leaky gut and mold exposures, I'm very lucky what I put in my body. Dr Gundry has my respect & my trust. This protein powder not only tastes GREAT but it keeps me full & energized.

It tasted much better than I thought while I know it's all plant based healthy proteins! Only one things I need to figure out is how to make it dissolve and mix well with the hot water? It seems to easily form chunks other than all melt into the water.

Taking the supplements provided by Steven Gundry has not only improved the way I feel but it has given me the ability and confidence to go places I have avoided for quite sometime. I am able to wear styles and colors of clothing I thought was behind me. I'm very grateful for his help.

Now if we could get help with insurance coverage that would be a wonderful next step in this process.

I freeze a banana every night and make a shake the next day. I add almond milk and the proplant powder, blend and oh my goodness, Satisfies my sweet tooth and I know my body is getting what it needs,

I do a shake about 4 - 5 times a week when I am working out, it fills the void and gives me a protein boost!

My husband and I have a shake every morning. A great way to start the day! We love both flavors and highly recommend it.

I would recommend the Gundry MD product Bio Complete 3. I have been taking it for about a couple of weeks now to counter a course of antibiotics that I had to take for a sinus infection. I feel like the product has helped overall with digestion. I am not sure if I will buy the product again but, I feel like this product would help someone who is having minor digestion issues.

I make a shake after work have a carrot stick celery stick a radish and maybe a little popcorn the old fashioned way in a skillet with a little olive oil i am good for all night my stools are smooth I do not use it everyday only on work days do not need the extra energy on days off helps cut costs mix it with half water half coconut milk unsweetened Thanks for looking out for me

With Lectin Shield my digestion is now better than it has been in a long time. I no longer have trouble with constipation and feel great!

Using Lectin shield when I know I will be straying from the Gundry approved food list makes an immeasurable difference. At my age 88 i am not sure off the product but still use it. I was an herbalist for at least 15 years so i beleive in any product similar even if i dont know the effect. I give this product to my wife 84 years old. She has surgery open hart plus other complications. But still i believe in your product. Now we use Lectin shield everyday. I beleive it is for my best Santé.

I have been using it for 2 weeks and lost 3 pounds. I am not craving for food anymore. I am less bloated feel mor comfortable with food digestion.
