My family and I have lived many years eating the 'normal' lectin abundant American diet. In the last couple of months via Dr Gundry's advanced supplements, the calvary has arrived. My husband and I have been using the ProPlant chocolate shake for years. It helps our mood/poop/weight management. We make shakes with a large handful of greens, the shake mix, juice from half a lemon, a chunk of cucumber and frozen berries. I found out I was allergic to the chocolate flavor and had to switch to the vanilla (just as tasty!). I have been referring it my patients and they also get great results! It's a winner!
I started by eliminating lectins from my diet. This was the start of a whole new me. All GI issues are gone. When I cheat, I suffer the consequences. This is how I know for sure that lectins are causing the GI issues. The ProPlant Complete shakes are a convenient way to have breakfast and start the day lectin free. After my morning shake I feel full and satisfied for hours. Sugar cravings are gone.
I'm not sure if it's psychosomatic or I am better off (not sure how I would test it) but I feel great.

This is the best product that I ever tried that really fulfills the promise made. Whenever I want a nutritious, satisfying drink, I reach for this ProPlant Vanilla Shake made in my own blender till it foams. I like to substitute this drink for a complete meal either in the morning or at supper time. It really satisfies that hunger pang and stays with you until the next normal meal without leaving you hungry. Most of all, it is so gentle on my stomach that I never am bothered with upset stomach, acid reflux or constipation after I drink this shake. I always look forward to a peaceful, restful sleep when I take this at supper and wish I could do it every day, but my family still wants me to take them out to eat at our favorite drive-thru restaurant about 3 times a week. I usually pay the price for that with acid problems and fight it for half the night before I can finally get some sleep int he wee hours of the morning. This ProPlant drink is the best substitute for a regular meal and it even tastes great, as well.

I've only been taking this product for 3 weeks but I've started to notice significant and positive changes in my bathroom routines and my cravings for sweets or fried foods, etc are significantly diminished.
I was happy to find that the shake was now available in vanilla flavor. I had been using the chocolate but preferred to have vanilla, This flavor suits my taste much better. The one downside to the vanilla versus the chocolate is I have to pay $20 more for it. That was quite disheartening and costly.
I find that it has helped me to start shaking off the sweet tooth. I was eating all kinds of sugary treats and my A1C was all the way up to 12.9. Since I started drinking the shake, I have taken my A1C back down to 8.6 and it is still going down. I have been more motivated to eat better because of it. Thanks!

After many months of gastric distress with each meal, I tried Dr. Gundry's Lectin Shield thinking it sounded too good to be true. I had been experiencing heartburn and belching, sometimes just thinking about my next meal, so I was ready to try anything. My first bottle of Lectin Shield provided relief within the first few days; of course I have now stocked up on this amazing product. It is NOT too good to be true!
I love both shake mixes, but I really adore the Vanilla. The carrot cake recipe is delicious besides nutritious.It is so satisfying and gives one an energy boost that lasts all day.
