If I take this regularly, I feel less hunger. I struggle with overeating and cravings. I do wish the blends were better (more specifically) labeled on the bottle so I knew if any of the ingredients overlap with supplements I was already taking.
I have metastatic breast cancer, and my digestion and appetite are both issues every day. With the Bio Complete 3 my digestion is quiet and calm -- what a blessing! ProPlant Complete Shake is really the best I have used. I like the vanilla flavored better. The chocolate flavor was a bit too strong for me.
It does exactly what is stated on the container. I usually mix with oat milk and avocado.

I have bio complete 3 for breakfast and it keeps me going until I feel hungry. Usually by lunchtime. It is delicious and easy to prepare.
Before I started using Bio Complete 3 I had this pain in the left side of my stomach. I have diverticulitis and try to eat the right foods, but sometimes it's hard. Once I started using this product after a week I noticed the pain was gone. I also noticed that I didn't have cravings as much for sweets. I think this is an excellent product and it seems to be working. I've already told a my friends about it.
I've had colon problems nearly all my life. My mom and grandmother had horrible problems.
It is hard to explain, but for the first time in decades I am having normal bowel movements. Like those other reviews, I feel good.
As we age the microbiome depletes and bad eating habits compounds the process. As a result food does not digest properly and makes the morning constitutional painful. Undigested food also can cause heartburn all the way up the esophagus.
I purchased 3 bottles of Dr. Grundy's Bio Complete 3 and the first dose of 4 pills did wonders. I will continue this as I have been using Vital Reds and the wonderful (I love the taste) Dr. Grundy Olive Oil.
I always order in bulk and the discounts are deep and that helps. I have 9 months of Vital Reds and 3 months of Olive Oil supplies. When I get to one or 2 months, I reorder in bulk.

I have suffered from bone infections for the past six months. Nine different antibiotics have taken a toll on my body. I was also plagued with constipaton. Since taking Biomed 3 my bowel movements have returned to normal. It is a blessing that i highly recommend.
I have noticed that I don't have severe bloating. I do have more energy. Hopefully with time, I can start shedding some pounds! I still have issues with constipation but I'm sure that will improve as well.

Dr. Gundry, Your products are truly working for me! I first began with FungusClear. And I am seeing really fast and noticeable results in the decrease in the amount of fungal growth under all 10 of my toe nails. I then began using Bio Complete and Total Restore to continue the support of my gut health. I am seeing great results in my general health! I have noticed the following health effects in the short time I have taken your products: I sleep very soundly and feel rested when I wake up. I have lost that craving for junk food (cookies were my weakness). I feel as though my apatite has decreased making it easier to follow portion control. As a result I am losing a few pounds. In this pandemic, I also feel as thought the improvements in my gut health have come along just as we all needed to assure the best overall immunity that our bodies can muster. I think your products are truly working and I want to continue to take them. I have one issue that I need assistance with. I ordered a 6 bottle order of Total Restore about 4 weeks ago. It has not arrived. I am now almost out of any Total Restore. I note that the charge for the 6 bottles was debited from my account, but I've not gotten the product. Please, please investigate. If I can't order and receive my …. Then my work to date to use your products to achieve better health can not be sustained. Thank you in advance for checking into this problem.
I think my body is still adjusting. I had a vet irregular digestive system prior to getting your product. I can say that I do seem to be more regular but it isn't always consistent but I am not disappointed, it's better than the once a week if that situation I had going on prior to purchasing your product. Wish I could afford to keep it up after it's gone so hopefully my body stays with the adjustment, I've been working on my diet also so hopefully.

I was having issues with pains in my chest and abdomen. I was wondering if it was a heart attack for a while, but I got my heart checked out and it's good. I saw the ad talking about leaky gut and I have bio complete 3 a try and after about two weeks I stopped having the pains in my chest and abdomen! I only take half the dosage it says and it still worked for me. My husband always has had problems with sudden onset diarrhea, I told him to try this because it helped me so well and he also is doing a lot better. I hate paying so much but I know how well it works so I buy it in high quantities because the price is lower the more you buy. Right now I have a nine month supply, lol.
