Quality is evident especially when compared to other products, which I have tried from time to time and I always go back. My bloating symptoms resolved after one day with use. It is worth every penny.
I've been taking Bio Complete 3 for about 6 months and I've never been more regular with my bowels! I love it and will continue! I would suggest to be more specific in the directions. They currently say to take 4 pills per day. Dr. Gundry wrote that he takes 2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner which makes more sense to me.
Indigestion gone, lost a couple of pounds, bloating is less. Bathroom visits are easy, no more constipation. Over all I would recommend this product.

I take Bio Complete 3 as Dr. Gundry recommends, PLUS I cut out sugar, & lectins as best as possible. My whole G. I system feels much more healthier since I started taking Bio Complete 3. I also take the total restore which I believe is helping with digestion of "real food". Dr. Gundry will not like me to say this but, I need to be honest. I still have to take 1 omeprazole tab in the morning because this helps to prevent heart burn or systemic reactions from having G. E. R. D (gastro esophageal reflux disease). When I started to take the Bio complete 3 I stopped taking the omeprazole for about a week however, the heart burn was so bad I couldn't stand it so, I started taking it in the morning. Took me a little while to see the results, but is what its says! My join pain and my abdominal issues are a lot better.
I have tried many of Dr. Gundry's products and I love them all. But the Bio Complete 3 is the best for me. I suffer from diverticulosis with bouts of diverticulitis. This product has helped immensely with my overall gut health. I have no more bloating and no cramping. It's been a complete turnaround for me since I started taking BioComplete 3. I will never be without this product. My gastroenterologist is happy it's helping me and recommends I continue taking it.
Bio Complete 3 is the best probiotic I have ever taken. I have suffered from stomach issues in the past. I have no stomach issues now and no pain. My sensitivity to gluten has even improved. I started taking Total Restore first. I love both products. I feel great and have my energy back!
Has possibly stopped some bloating; the free samples for slimming down that were sent along didn't help at all.
