I started taking Proplant shake for over a month & i feel & see a big difference. More energy my stomach has gotten down. I feel great. I even bought it for my daughter. I recommend this product.
I'm a month and a half into using this product. The first couple days I started taking Bio Complete 3 I took all 4 capsules at a time with a meal. By the next day or two I noticed a dramatic improvement in my regularity, and had significantly less messy BMs aka *magic poop* Then I read somewhere that it's better to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night so I did that the rest of the week. When I split up the dosage like that- it stopped making an improvement in my regularity, and my BMs were messier again. Still not super sure how important the dosing schedule is but I'm back to taking all 4 at a time and having consistent, good results! My dietary habits have been the same before and after starting this supplement as well.

Proplant helps me staying strong and keep me 8 hours feeling good no food cravings or sweets and prebiothrive help my gut health by promoting the growth of good bacteria.
I have tried other probiotics and have had either too much bowel action or nothing at all. This one seems to be a perfect balance.
